Olivia, the Huntress of the North
Based on an arctic fox that is born and raised in the most harsh climate of the Freljordian wild lands far north. In these lands only the strong not only survive, but thrive, so despite her small size and cute attire, Olivia is a merciless and fierce killer ready to take down any foe - even those that appear as a giant mountain!
Even as a merciless killer, Olivia still has a playful and gentle side to her as well, willing to help out her own kind and protect the weak at any given moment. Dashing out fearlessly and with great bravery, to occasionally save that defenseless little bunny from a mighty mountain lion. Besides, she can devour more meat taking down the bigger guy as well, so it is a win-win scenario!
Olivia wields a bow and arrows all made entirely out of ice, though nothing special about them, what is special is her ability to wield ice magic and thus her weaponry is created from magic! There are also other benefits that come from the ability to use ice magic, but her own use cases of it is pretty minimal and she is more brawn than wit.
Olivia is a hunting marksman that is great at tracking and stalking her prey, and equally as good at helping out her team with high utility effects. She might not be able to set up plays and kite like Ashe can, but Olivia is great at pursuing low health targets (or any target she desires) to finish them off or deal heavy damage from her attacks and instead of crowd control, she can heal her allies to keep them alive.
There is no gain to Olivia when her friends die around her, so best to keep them alive, so slaying her foes is the best way to do that and she can slay them faster to get to the meat with a helping hand! Her other helpful utility is granting vision and efficiency of damage with healing denial and sometimes shield denial as well, rather than through brute force burst that is she does not have.

Ice Arrows (Passive):
Olivia's hand is swift and strong, able to draw her bow quickly and mightily, but her attacks deal 10% less damage when travelling beyond 450 range and 80% less damage beyond 600 range since her arrows soften up as they travel. Minions, monsters, and structures are always dealt full damage.
Olivia's attacks on hit drop her targets' temperature for 2.5 seconds, after their temperature has dropped 8 times, then they are dealt 8%(+8% per 100AP) of their max health as bonus true damage. Attacking within 450 range drops the temperature twice as fast.
Hunter's Mark (Q):
Cooldown: 30 seconds; Range: 1800/2100/2400/2700/3000 units / 600 units
Olivia heightens her senses at the target area, revealing it for 1 second and marking struck enemy champions for 5 seconds. Marked enemies are revealed and cause Olivia to moves up to 80/85/90/95/100%(+5% per 100AP) faster towards them based on their missing health.
If Olivia can attack marked enemies 4 times, then 60/70/80/90/100% of this cooldown is refunded. Gaining a kill or assist will also refund the cooldown by the same amount.
Blood Pact (W):
Cooldown: 8 seconds; Range: 800 units
Passive: Olivia's attacks on hit grant her 4 blood droplets, increases to 20 against champions and epic monsters, up to 100 blood droplets. Cannot cast Blood Pact with no blood droplets currently stored. Casting Lethal Leap grants maximum blood droplets.
Active: Heal the target champion for up to 60/110/160/210/260(+100%AP) health, based on blood droplets consumed. Olivia only heals for up to 10/20/30/40/50(+100%AP) health if self cast.
Olivia gains 20/25/30/35/40% bonus attack speed for 4 seconds.
Frostbitten (E):
Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8 seconds; Range: 700 units
Olivia chills the air around her, grounding and applying grievous wounds to struck enemies for 1.8/2.1/2.4/2.7/3 seconds. If struck enemies were below 50% health, then they additionally receive 70/75/80/85/90% reduced shielding and healing from all sources.
Can cast during Lethal Leap.
Lethal Leap (R):
Cooldown: 120/90/60 seconds; Range: 700 units
Olivia becomes untargetable and invulnerable and leaps through the target enemy champion with a mighty bite from her fangs, executing it if it was below 150/225/300(+150/175/200%AD) health and leaping 700 range past her target. The target can dodge this leap. The target is dealt physical damage if it is not executed for the same amount.
A successful execution against the target refunds this cooldown directly from or within 1.5 seconds of this leap.
