I wish vel koz had more "Dark" skins
I dont really like arclight because it ruins his dark and evil theme Battlecast jsut looks old and gross, the voice sounds horrible. I wish he could get a dark skin.

I actually dont find Vel'koz to be that dark of a character. His main purpose is to acquire knowledge at any cost, good and evil mean nothing to him.
That being said, I'd love to see a Deep Sea Vel'koz skin. Just a straight up octopus shooting out geometry bubbles in mid lane :D
