Relex, Shield of the People

Relex is a supporty tank who is going to be VERY difficult to take out with a large amount of CC and a VERY unique E ability. He wields a small dagger and a large shield

Q: Victorious Strike- Relex stabs forward with his dagger (Single target damage), slowing and applying Grievous Wounds.

W: Wall of Pain- Relex summons a wall in a small area, forcing all targets off of that area. Enemies and Allies may walk through this wall, but enemies who walk through it are slowed, while allies gain a movement speed boost.

E: Shielded Forever- Relex targets 1 ally, and gives them a spell shield for 1 second that stops one ability. (Think of it like giving an Ally a Sivir E. Dear god, think of Sivir PLUS this ability.)

R: Stop the End- Relex prevents 1 ally from dying, while reducing a portion of his health (10%). If Relex dies because of this ability, his death timer is cut in half.
