Floo, the Huntress of the Snow
Floo lives deep in the Freljord, based off of a snow rabbit that is around the same size as Lamb from Kindred. She will use her snow white fur to blend in with her surroundings, especially when she burrows herself in it, waiting for her prey to come near her and then swiftly and mercilessly to take her target out.
Floo is a part of the Watchers, may be a completely different species, but serves under Lissandra's reign. Anyone who messes with her tribe answers to Floo directly, despite her cute and fluffy appearance, should not be taken lightly as you are dead before you even know it!
Floo is an assassin that is about laying in wait, being patient, and waiting for the right moment to strike!

Fear The Snow (Passive):
Max Radius: 500/750/1000/1250/1400/1550/1700 units @levels 1/4/7/10/12/14/16
Upon standing still for 1.25 seconds without performing other actions, Floo creates a snow field around her, gradually growing by 20% of its maximum size every 0.5 second and granting her invisibility while she is inside of the snow field. When Floo starts to move, the snow field remains in play for the next 7 seconds.
Floo heals for 3 - 20 (+15%AP) health per second while in her snow field, but she cannot gain health regeneration.
Munch (Q):
Cooldown: 7 seconds; Range: 125 units
Floo munches down on the target enemy, dealing 40/50/60/70/80(+130/135/140/145/150%AD)(+80%AP) magic damage.
If Floo was unseen by the enemy team for at least 1.5 seconds when Munch is cast, then Munch's cooldown is refunded. Direct executes will also refund Munch's cooldown.
Snowball (W):
Cooldown: 14 seconds; Range: 1200 / 75/400 units
Floo hurls a snowball through the air at the target location, dealing 50/70/90/110/130(+40%AP) magic damage and stunning for 1.75 seconds, if cast while in her snow field, then the snowball becomes massive in size.
Struck enemies receive Mark of the Frozen Carrot for the next 2.5 seconds, Floo's Munch against these targets deal 10/11/12/13/14%(+3% per 100AP) of the target's missing health as bonus magic damage that applies after Munch's damage.
Agility (E):
Cooldown: 18/17/16/15/14 seconds; Range: 300 units
Floo quickly dashes to the target location, returning to her original location after 2 seconds. For the next 2 seconds, Floo can dash up to 1/2/3/4/5 additional times, she always returns back to her original location afterwards.
Every time Floo dashes in her snow field, she will reduce this cooldown by 15%.
Crystallized Snow (R):
Cooldown: 8/5/2 seconds; Range: 925 units
Floo swirls around crystallized snow in the target direction, dealing 100(+45%AP) magic damage to struck enemies it passes through and reducing their healing and shielding by 20/40/60% for 2 seconds.
If cast while inside of her snow field, then Crystallized Snow doubles its damage to 200(+90%AP) magic damage.
Passive: Snow fields remain in play for an additional 3/7/11 seconds.
