Can we make death timers correlate with amount of deaths, rather than time?

I was reading through a few threads today, players mentioned that if someone is intentionally feeding 0-15+ in many games they should be flagged automatically and punished. But I feel this game should be going towards a different direction with this.

Simply increase death times, as players keep dying

Examples; Player A is doing really well, and has very few deaths. Player A messes up once, and suddenly the game is over because the game went on too long.

Player B is playing teleport ghost "run it down mid" troll Rammus. His death timer goes up drastically and results in fewer deaths, with less gold going to the enemy team. (Dying the 7th time triggering a substantially long death timer would keep him out the game SOONER, than with current death timers scaling with time.)

Player C is new, dies a LOT but really isn't trolling or is having a bad game. They learn that they'll lose if they die so much EVENTUALLY. But this keeps his team from blaming him for the loss, because his death timer increases and his team won't be telling him to "stop feeding" which is pretty toxic. **A loss is a loss from someone dying anyways. **
