The #1 thing that disappoints me about Vlad is all of the missed potential with the concept of 'blood magic.' I feel there's still room for another character that utilizes blood magic without overlapping with Vlad at all.

Vlad's style is more about juggling life-force.

I'm referring to the rites, rituals, oaths, and invocation kind of blood magic. If not that, then the power-hungry tragic fool with the blood-for-blood type.

You could even give him and Vlad unique interactions like Rengar/Kha'Zix.

OK, before riot even CONSIDERS making another blood mage champ they better get Vlad's shit together because his update is the biggest fucking nerf i have ever seen done to a champ. They just removed both his wave clear and actual sustain, all the health you get from your Q's go right into your next E and using it after a few Q's your still nor gaining health so your not sustaining

Vlad is the literal blood-mage. Aatrox, Mundo, and Mordekaiser all use their HP to fuel their abilities. Illaoi is the Lovecraftian Priestess.
