Zanzabuh the Crone Witch Type- Mage

Playstyle and Design- Old, haggard, and dressed in rags, Zanzabuh keeps a broom stick and a bubbling cauldron slung over her back to create potions and curses on the fly—sometimes literally. Her abilities have long lasting effects, but can be de-spelled in different ways to eliminate them immediately. To counter Zanzabuh, you must know exactly what she’s capable of, making her an extremely dangerous enemy.

Passive: Howlet’s Wing- On champion kills or assists, Zanzabuh grows massive owl wings. Her next movement in any direction will launch her a short distance toward the targeted area. This stacks per champion kill/assist.

Q: Toil and Trouble- Flings a curse, affecting the first target hit and dealing 0.6/0.7/0.8/0.9/1% (+1% per 180 AP) of their current health in magic damage every ten seconds. Cannot be stacked.

De-spells if the target is switched, if the target receives a champion kill or assist, or if the target kills any jungle camp.

W: Cauldron Bubble- Zanzabuh’s cauldron boils over, spilling into an area around her and poisoning anyone caught within. The poison deals 15/20/25/30/35 (+30% AP) magic damage over 3 seconds. After 3 seconds, the target is marked with Poison Bubble until de-spelled.

Poison Bubble- Any ally within close range of the affected champion is hit with Cauldron Bubble (Poison Bubble protects any target from Cauldron Bubble). Once ten targets are marked with Poison Bubble, the marks are ripped back to Zanzabuh, dealing 2% (+1% per 120 AP) of the targets’ maximum health in magic damage and de-spelling all targets. Zanzabuh also receives 1 stack of Howlet’s Wing per champion mark that reaches her.

Cauldron Bubble and Poison Bubble de-spell from all targets if Zanzabuh, Baron Nashor, or Dragon is killed.

E: Double, Double- Zanzabuh throws the contents of her cauldron out in front of her, dealing 30/50/70/90/110 (+40% AP) in magic damage to any target in its path and marking them.

If not de-spelled in 30/25/20/15/10 seconds, the mark will activate, dealing 60/100/140/180/220 (+80% AP) in magic damage.

De-spells with any 5 kills.

The cooldown of Double, Double is added to the cooldowns of all of Zanzabuh’s skills, even if they’re ready to use, while the cauldron fills back up.

R: Hell-broth- Zanzabuh mounts her broom and swoops around a target champion in a large arch over 2 seconds, pouring Hell-broth over anything in her path, then lands back where she started (the targeted champion is not affected). Any enemy champions hit are linked together for 5 seconds or until de-spelled. 60% of damage dealt to one is also dealt to any others in magic damage. If Hell-broth only hits one enemy champion, it sits on the champion for 2 seconds, then deals 60% of that champions current health in magic damage if not de-spelled.

De-spells all targets if Zanzabuh or any of her allied champions are killed.

Once Zanzabuh lands, she leaps toward the original targeted champion and smacks the champion with her broom, dealing 40/50/60/70/80 (+30% AP) in true damage.

is the ability names, a song in harry potter? Also interesting concept, not sure what I think about it though lol
