Rafen the Rogue Type- AD assassin/carry

Playstyle: Brief periods of stealth and disguise make for a nasty laner or a sneaky jungler. Throwing knives are his auto-attacks, with medium range.

Passive: Vanishing Act- Every twenty seconds, your next skill use makes you stealthed for 0.5 seconds.

Q: Pickpocket- When within range behind an enemy, disable their Q for 2 seconds and steal a percentage of their mana.

W: Master of Illusion- Disappear into the shadows for 2 seconds, becoming invisible but leaving a misty trail behind you. During this time, gain extra movement and attack speed.

E: Tactful Escape- Your next auto attack cannot be blocked or blinded, and will stealth you for 1 second (length stacks with Vanishing Act). While stealthed, you may leap to an ally within range.

R: Crowded- Disguise all allies within in range, making them appear to be you for 3 seconds or until attacking.

Okay, I like the idea of the Q and the W but the E and R throw me off a bit. If he's suppose to be a jungler then he honestly lacks the damage since his E and R literally do nothing to help him do damage same with the W but it doesn't really have to. You could add a part to his passive that says that he does bonus damage when attacking out of stealth or even that he has 100% crit chance when attacking out of stealth. The ultimate is just to confuse the enemy as to who they are focusing in the fight which I guess can be good but then that advantage is instantly lost as soon as they attack. Overall I think that it needs a bit more work into how much damage he can do because right now it just looks like peanuts and I'm not sure if you would play him as a weird support outside the jungle or a mid laner because his kit doesn't exactly benefit either.

If this champ only has a one-ability silence and stealth, stealth, and more stealth, he would need TONS of stats to be viable. A nightmare to balance.

I get that you like making these. I do too! You'll get better eventually. I would suggest putting more time and effort into brainstorming your character's kit.
