Reaver "The Soul Eater" expect a long post Reposted
I reposted to add the survey
I cant draw so I will attempt to describe this champ the best I can. Reaver will be a younger looking champ similar to ezreal IE a pretty boy. I got the idea from the new Ezreal splash art which make him look almost like a melee. He would have pure black hair as well as solid black eyes. he would wear a short sleeve black jacket and red underneath. Solid black shoes and pants. In his left hand would be a glowing colored color sword. He would be a Melee main and potential assassin or Jungle depending on what Riot would choose.
His alt skin would be a new Justicar, where he hair and eyes are now pure white and he is given a silver armor and the sword is made Yellow or white.
Back story: " he was a Noxus sailor how wanted to explore with in black mist hoping to find a way to use it against their enemies. Against the wishes of the high command he traveled into the mist only to become one of it's victims. Becoming lost with in them he became marooned on the shadow isles soon finding himself fact to face with Hecarim. Out of fear Reaver runs deep into the forest with Hecarim chasing behind him. Stumbling into a grave yard he found a sword stuck in one of the grave stones. He pulls it out to defend himself. Only Hecarim stop and laughs at him. Backing away into the mist still laughing the sword devowers Reaver's mind and soul leaving him in the form stated above. He was soon trained by Thresh to use his new weapon for the glory of the shadow isles. He joins the league in order to fend off his new eternal hunger for souls.
"Other don't know the meaning of hunger, but I will soon show them."
Again he would be a melee by nature fighting in the top lain/jungle. His kit would revolve around the use of souls taken from this enemies. Reaver would be an over all Early game champ most effect during the laining phase because of his W giving him heavy sustain. Soul leap and Q would have horrible effects in the jungle at all time and as well as ganking. Keeping his stacks would be harder late game making almost every action a life or death choice. A example would be, "Do I activate Torment to burst down a target and leave myself unable to ult or use Feed before a team fight." Feed would also lose a lot of its effectiveness when everyone else can blow him apart with a single ability.
His passive would be "Soul steal." as the name implies he would take the soul of who ever "HE" kills. So unlike Thresh a ally couldn't make the kill and he benefit. He could stack up to 15 souls. "This is very important for over all play. If he can not last hit anything after ??? time his soul count will decay slowly or quickly depending on nerf or buff. This would make him a new manaless champion. He bottom par would fill purple to indicate how many soul's he currently has collected. Helping his enemies to know whether they have to play safe or steam roll him. This would give him a weakness if the enemy can poke him down and require a lot of Risk/reward in lining phase. Each time he would Last hit a minion he would be given a soul mark. If he kills a champion he get 10 marks. Killing a Jungle monster would give him ??? marks which would be based on the monster killed. Example of current jungle, 1 from the minor camp's, 4 from golem's, 5 from dragon, and 15 from baron.
His Q would be Three different attacks in one. At level one would be "Empower" where at the cost of 2 souls his next basic attack would gain extra damage. But he would require 5 soul minimum before he could activate it. Meaning a enemy could see it coming and know to attempt to stop him before he could start building. At level 2 he could activate it twice in a row turning into "Inrage" which could cost 3 soul per attack but would attack everything in a small cone. His damage again would be increased but he would require having 10 souls minimum to activate this stage. The cone would be slightly small area of effect then Annie. This would give him closer ability to jungle. Again letting the enemies what he might do next. At level 3 his skill could be activated 3 times to create "Torment of Souls" which would require 15 souls to be stacked before he could activate it. Torment would cost all 15 soul but it's effect could be used 3 time in a row before going on cool down. Torment would turn cause his basic attacks to deal damage to everything in a small line. Similar Evelynn's Hate spike but with slightly less range.
His W would be "Feed". Where he can absorb the soul's he has captured restoring ??? Hp per soul givning him high sustain if left alone. With each level the amount of amount of souls he absord would be increased, the amount resorted and the cool down. At level 1 he would eat one soul and increase the amount each level. So a max level he would eat 5 souls at a time. The amount recovered would be a flat rate based on the rank of the skill. This would make him have to choose between early sustain but he would risk his over all damage.
His R would be "Soul Leap" Which would be what everyone would consider his most OP ability. He would be able to leap distances base on the number of soul he has collect. Again it would be completely determined by the number of soul he has stored. The distance would increase Only after 5,10, and 15 soul. Soul leap would have a one second delay where he would turn purple before leaping. This would tell the enemy he was about to leap. At this time they would know to CC him before he gets away Soul Leap will drain 6 souls per cast. With each rank the soul cost would decrease so it would require only 2 soul's per cast when at max rank. The final level would be a reduction in cool down time. This would let him move threw the jungle at the speed needed to keep his passive high or let him act as a assassin. Depending on what Riot would choose. If he was ever made.
His Ult would be only "Unleash" Which would be the most simple and as well as risky. He would unleash all his captured soul's damaging all enemies around him. The amount of damage dealt and the range of the area of effect would be determinant on how many soul's he had when he activated. Unleash would deal more damage then if you use landed all three strikes of torment. He would require a one to two second animation before unleashing the attack allowing time for CC to stop his attack. Similar to ults like kat's. Should he be killed however Unleash will still be activate only in damage 1/3 it would if he had been alive. Allow him to become the first true suicide bomber. Using Unleash would drain all soul's leaving him with few options.
Summon spell would Be Ghost/heal/Smite. Heal or Ghost for mobility in jungle or lain. Smite would give him a soul if it kills helping Reaver laining against champs who have some poking power. Soul Leap would make Flash part over kill Effective in midigating Soul leap's high soul cost.
Friends "Thresh" Enemies " Hecarim, Ezreal" Ezreal because Ezreal has better hair then him.
"Tunts and speech," When hunting/killing a yordle, "I needed a tiny snake," When a yordle escapes, "I hate fast food." Taunt Thresh, "Time to rest master." Taunt Hecarim, "I'm not afraid anymore." Taunt Ezreal, "Theirs a new pretty boy on the block," "Leagues not big enough for two pretty boys" Taunt Lucian, "Thresh got your Wife so I get you." Taunt Karthus, "Time to be promoted to full dead," Taunt allied with Vladimir, "Feel like a meal." Taunt Allied with Thresh, "Feel like splitting their soul." Normal talk, "I love playing with my food." other would be along the same lane as Vladimir.
His dance would be where he stabs his sword in the ground and sways side to side with it. Then after four seconds he would kick it and prop it on his shoulder kicking out his at foot. Repeat loop.
"Tip's for using" Remember Ready your Q level then Soul Leap to gank or enter team fights. Don't activate your Q if your not going to use it. Use W between Waves just incase you will start losing stacks anyway. Use Shadow Leap to move over thicker walls flash couldn't normally get past. Always try to keep as many Soul stacks as possible... Yes it will have to say that.
"Tips against" Try to keep track of Reaver's soul bar for what Level his power might be. Remember his skill only change at one quarter, one half, and full. Try to poke him hard as soon as he activates Q so he might blow is window and lose the souls. Reaver is troubled by All forms CC so feel free to use. Silance will cancel almost all of Reavers abilities. If Reaver uses Soul Leap while under a slow effect he will remain slowed when he re-appears Avoid trying to fight Reaver under his turret because "Feed" will let him recover while the turret attacks you.
I would include item's but with them about to change for the new rift I figured that would be a waste of breath.
