A small tweek to the Utility Tree might cause a new meta

I think/believe that Inspiration was reduced from 12 point in the utility tree to 10 a new meta/champ selection might appear. Again I use the word might. What Inspiration does is with 2 point a champ gains +10 xp every 10 second when near a higher level champ. Intended for mostly for support as they are not allowed to kill minions often falling behind.

Why I believe that dropping it to 10 would cause a new meta would be it would allow for MORE chances/options for due lane builds in Pretty much all maps. At the very least making due laning more viable then just for the Bottom lanes. At the same time it would conserve the Total power of the ALL in build's. To get both it's effects one would place 12 point's in utility and the rest in either offensive or defense trees. At max level that's 18 point's to use elsewhere.

Creating a Due top/mid would force All teams to double think who is going where because while having a due top would allow the enemies Jungler free rule it would also place a great amount of tactical thinking because the Top would be in a consent 1v2. However by having a due top you run risks similar to bottom if the two champs are not feed properly.

It's very costly for many champions to not take that 21st point in offense or defense.

completely true, which is why I said it MIGHT make having a due lane more viable while not changing things as a whole. You would also basically allow the enemy Jungler to free roam at ease. On the other hand you can provide hard pressure two one of the other two lanes.

Plus you have to add in the release of Braum and Kalista who are both very partner orated. Yes I know Braum is a support and Kalista is a ADC so that's a almost rhetorical statement. However if Riot releases more true team fight based champs having a more open options for multi dual lanes might not be a bad thing.
