Skin Concept: Arcade Ekko

What if there was an Arcade skin for Ekko, maybe a "Hidden Boss Ekko", could be a legendary or 1350, and here is what I've thought for him:

• New Visual Effects: He is this really glitchy or laggy kinda guy, alot of dead pixels in his abilities. Q: Pixelated stuff, pretty basic. W: Another pixelated one, but on the top of the bubble would read "ERROR" or "Loading, please wait". E: This is where the "glitchy" part comes out: he like dashes to a direction, but the one when he blinks would look like it was laggy or something like that. R: He glitches and 'breaks the game', returning back in a laggy fashion.

• New Sound Effects: Somewhat glitchy voice and other sounds.

I don't know if this showcased my idea well for you, but I tried, I hope you got something out of it. :d
