Grout: The Replaceable

"Bring your worst. I fear no death you can offer me."

Grout is a different kind of marksman. Not much of a burster, and his okay dps doesn't make him great at tank-busting or structure taking. But with his kit, and a little tankiness, Grout excels at hunting down carries.

Grout was once the most health-conscious man in Zaun, taking every step possible to preserve his well-being. He imported natural, healthier foods from outside of the city. He wore a filtration mask all hours of the day. He went to Piltover to bathe. None of this was cheap, of course. Grout kept himself out of debt with one of the best-paying jobs Zaun had to offer people without connections: bounty hunter. He'd chase any target that had a price to go with it, and took assassination jobs on the side. That is, until the day he shot one of the Chem Baron's nephews.

Grout wasn't popular with anybody, and posters offering a reward for HIS head soon flooded the streets. Grout had nobody to turn to, but a drone appeared in front of him one day, promising to lead him to safety. He wound up in an underground workshop, headed by a cyborg by the name of Viktor. Viktor promised him another chance at life, one that couldn't be taken away by violence or poor health. Grout immediately agreed.

When Grout woke up from the procedure, he didn't recognize his new body. It resembled a human, in some places. But it was clear that Grout was now, quite literally, a killing machine. Viktor explained the secret behind Grout's newfound immortality: Grout's brain was kept in a chamber, remotely controlling the robot body. Even in the event of the robot's destruction, a new one could be built and plugged into Grout. Impressed, but still a little worried, Grout began his new life as an enforcer.

Upon starting a game "Ah, fresh air. I assume." "Another day, another target."

Buying a potion (any kind) "Is this organic" "I'll find somewhere to pour it"

Respawning "Let's hope this body fares better." "Dying hasn't scared me in years."

(More lines to come)

Passive: Induced Decay. Grout's basic attacks and his Q applied Decay to enemy champions, reducing the damage they give out for two seconds.

Q: Shrapnel Cannon Grout shoots a projectile in a straight line, dealing damage. If any enemies have been hit with Nanocloud, Shrapnel Cannon will automatically target them and have increased range.

W: Airtight Defenses Grout shields himself for a few seconds, and gains a burst of speed for the first second. While the shield is up, Shrapnel Cannon slows enemies.

E: Nanocloud Grout launches a canister of nanomachines onto a targeted area. Enemies that are hit with Nanocloud have their armor reduced for a few seconds, and Grout's Shrapnel Cannon can lock on to them.

R: Cornered! Grout unleashes his secret weapon, a teleporter beam. The targeted enemy champion is suppressed for three seconds while Grout channels. If the channel completes, Grout and the enemy champion swap places and Grout gains 50% damage reduction for a short period of time.

It seems like it'd be a great champ, but being straightforward I feel it's to close to Urgot. R: "The targeted enemy champion is suppressed for three seconds while Grout channels. If the channel completes, Grout and the enemy champion swap places" Sounds very much the same... Design: "marksman" "It resembled a human, in some places. But it was clear that Grout was now, quite literally, a killing machine." Q: I think Urgot also kinda has this or used to... I don't play Urgot so I may be wrong but: "Grout shoots a projectile in a straight line, dealing damage. If any enemies have been hit with Nanocloud, Shrapnel Cannon will automatically target them and have increased range."

"can I copy your homework?"

"sure just change it up a bit so it doesn't look obvious you copied"

W: Airtight Defenses Grout shields himself for a few seconds, and gains a burst of speed for the first second. While the shield is up, Shrapnel Cannon slows enemies.

E: Noxian Corrosive Charge Urgot launches a corrosive charge that damages enemies in an area and reduces their Armor. Acid Hunter is able to missile-lock onto targets affected by Noxian Corrosive Charge.

R: Hyper-Kinetic Position Reverser Urgot charges up his Hyper-Kinetic Position Reverser, swapping positions with the target and terrifying nearby enemies for 1.5 seconds. His target is suppressed for the duration of the channel. He gains Damage Reduction during and after the swap.

R: Cornered! Grout unleashes his secret weapon, a teleporter beam. The targeted enemy champion is suppressed for three seconds while Grout channels. If the channel completes, Grout and the enemy champion swap places and Grout gains 50% damage reduction for a short period of time.
