Dragon Trainer Yordles?

As a remake of a deleted, wrong board post (oops), I'm putting my suggestion here!

We have two dragon trainer yordle skins, Tristana and Lulu. This is not enough. League of Legends needs more tiny dragons!

If it's not already on the table, this needs to become a legendary skin line just like the Project line. There are far too many yordles in the game without a scaly companion, and this needs changing! Teemo can leave grouchy baby dragons all over the map- gives a good reason to have vision, especially when they latch onto faces. Corki? Why isn't he already a dragonrider?! Even Veigar can get in on this, because what is a villain without an enslaved dragon at his beck and call? Some of these ideas don't directly call for a dragon IN the champion skin, but rather changes to the abilities- Teemo's E and Q could become fiery and smoky, his W could display an animation similar to Quinn's R at max rank. Veigar's entire kit could be dragon-strafe delivered. Again, Corki just begs to be a dragonrider- it's been done with Urf.
