Champion Concept: Kink, The Vigilante
Lore In the darkest recesses of Zaun, crime goes unattended and unpunished. This area is nicknamed The Havoc District for a reason. Neither the sheriff nor the enforcer can make the time to clean up The Havoc District for it is too far away from the elevator. But recently, the streets of The Havoc District had started to become quite. Thugs and criminals have been found with their heads buried into the metal streets. Tales of an chain flailing maniac have been circulating around the underworld. If you would believe these stories, than you would know that this madman tosses his victims like rag dolls all over the place. That he appears out of nowhere to deliver pain to those who deserves it the most. That he cleans up the lawless streets of The Havoc District by taking the law into his own hands. That he is... a vigilante.
Physical Description Forearms have been augments with wrenches, but the rest of his body is pretty wiry. His hands are smaller and thinner versions of Blitzcrank's, the tip of each finger is sharpened into a claw, and in the center of each of palm is a hole where a chain shoots out of. He wears a visor over his eyes in order to keep his identity a secret. His fighting style is like that of a wild beast, but his power makes up for his lack of training.

Abilities Passive: Vigilante Justice Movement speed is increased by 50% when moving towards an ally champion below half health (Range: 5000) The next damage ability that Kink uses after entering or leaving brush is empowered.
Q: Chains of Chaos Cost: 90 mana CD: 16/15/14/13/12 seconds Range: 1000 Targeting Matrix: Skill Shot Kink fires out the chains from his left hand in a target direction, dealing 70/120/170/220/270 (+55% AD) physical damage to the first enemy hit. Kink will then follow up by pulling himself towards that enemy, knocking it back up to 300 units away from himself. If knocked back enemy collides with terrain, it will become stunned for 1.5 seconds. Other wise, it will be slowed by 40% for 2 seconds. Empowered: Range increased by 25% and chain becomes drawn (as if by magnets) towards enemy champions.
W: Chains of Order Cost: 30/35/40/45/50 mana CD: 6 seconds Range: 450 Targeting Matrix: 135 degree cone (90 degrees in front of him, 45 degrees on his right side) Kink swings the chain from his right hand towards his left side, dealing 30/55/80/105/130 (+40% AD) physical damage to all enemies struck. The chain will deal double damage and latch onto the first stunned enemy champion hit, preventing it from moving more than 450 units away from Kink for 3. Latching onto an enemy champion will interrupt the swing. Enemies that are neither slowed nor stunned will become slowed by 40% for 2 seconds. Enemies that are slowed but not stunned will become stunned for 1.5 seconds. If Kink doesn't manage to latch onto an enemy champion with the first swing, than he will have 2 seconds to recast the ability at half the cost. If recast, Kink will swing the chain in the opposite direction. Empowered: All CC durations increased by 50%
E: Swinging Grapple Cost: 30 mana CD: 12/11/10/9/8 seconds Range: 600 Targeting Matrix: Target Terrain Kink launches the chain in his left hand towards target terrain, pulling himself towards it. This can't be interrupted by enemy champions.
R: GO TO HELL!!! Cost: 100/125/150 mana CD: 120/90/60 seconds Range: 450 Targeting Matrix: Target Enemy Champion Kink tosses target enemy champion over himself to this ability's maximum, dealing 150/300/450 (+100% AD) physical damage. If Kink is currently latched onto an enemy champion, than he can only target that champion. Tossing a latched champion will refund half the cost and refresh the cooldown. Killing an enemy champion with this ability will deal a third of the damage to all other enemies near the zone of impact (Range: 300 radius). All enemies damaged this way become slowed by 40% for 2 seconds. Empowered: Damage increased by 25%.
