Passive: Critical Strike Chance is now 1.5x the amount instead of 2x. Flow Scaling changed to: 100/110/120/130/140/150/160/170/180/190/200/220/240/260/280/300/320/340 Walking now generates 1%/1.5%/2% Maximum Flow from 1% Maximum Flow.

Q: Steel Tempest

Scaling is now 150% Bonus AD.
3rd Q Now expends 33% of your Maximum Flow for additional physical damage equal to amount of flow expended. (Anywhere from 33-112 extra damage). Cooldown Increased to 5 seconds. Cooldown reduction increased to .75% for every 1% attack speed capping at 75% cooldown reduction. (Cast Time remains the same) Ability is not affected by Standard Cooldown Reduction.

W: Wind Wall Expend all Flow to create a wind wall that absorbs (150%/175%/200%/225%/250% of flow) damage. If a projectile goes over this amount, then the projectile goes through as normal, and the wall is dispelled. Enemy Champion Ultimate's gain a 2x damage modifier against the wall.

E: Sweeping Blade Now costs 20% of your Maximum Flow. Marked targets can still be dashed to. Marked duration reduced to 5 seconds at all ranks.
If you slay an enemy with the mark, the cost is refunded. This is doubled on enemy champions and large monsters. Bonus Damage removed.

R: Last Breath Cooldown Changed to 80/60/40. Flat Damage reduced to 100/200/300 Scaling increased to 250% Bonus AD.

I don't know if these changes are good, but since you are taking power away and giving compensation instead of mindlessly nerfing him, take the upvote.
