What does Kindred explicitly affect?
Is Kindred's influence across all realms of the LoL multiverse (void, elsewhere), or is it exclusive to the universe of Runeterra?

I actually went digging, and it's heavily implied that Kindred is basically the personification of death, transcending culture/location. Although interestingly, in the God Fist Lee Sin special interactions, he refers to Kindred among others, e.g. (Tahm Kench, Thresh) as "lesser spirits" implying they are merely reflections or manifestations of collective thought. I'm not 100% sure on the God skin line canon in association with canon Runeterra.
I'd assume it's supposed to be everywhere if it's the essence of death. Though I haven't studied lore in depth so correct me if I'm wrong.
Runeterra is not a universe, it's a planet. Wouldn't bother me except you specify a multiverse as well.
And it's implied that Kindred is a universal concept, though since we only see them as Runeterra does, there's no way to know for sure.
Kindred do not affect something as far as we know. They are most likely a spirit like janna and feed on peoples beleif on them. People that beleive on kindred will see them before their death!Its not kindred that actualy kills them! You feel lamps arrow when you die peacefuly(heart attack anyone?)And wolfs chase when you die..not so peacefuly(being murdered by thiefs) .Much like janna they help their beleivers by warning them of their upcoming death(basicaly that is their ability as far as i understand......futere vision for death only :p)so they can procrastinate the inevitable..As far as raw power is concerned it totaly depends on the number of people that beleive on them..but do not expect too much remember they are a spirit ......an observer ofsomeones death , they can not manipulate death... at least as far as we know. Lastly kindred is tied to runnetera and specificaly to the places that their followers exist( lile janna is to zaun). I dont think that someone like swain will see kindred..
well i know kindred has alot of influence on the internet...in you know what places..
