Would love a top 10 champion buff / nerf list made by the community. Then actually seeing the changes happening every two weeks or so.
Then let the PBE guys test out other things, like reworks, items and runes.
Or Riot could post a list based on internal data, instead of a list based on people's feelings.

Because there is no insight that we low elos have to offer that they don't already know. We actually only have access to a tiny sliver of information that riot collects from every game.
