(Imagine this guy is wearing a necklace made of true ice.)

He is covered in flame from hell… His presence brings fear to the bravest warriors… His body is a weapon forged from his own magic. Beware the child who has conquered death.

Lore Summary: possible full lore in the future Ning was an apprentice of a master swordsman in Ionia. Despite his clear talent in enhancing his sword with magic, he was not approved by his friends and mentors. Ionians have never liked fire, for it was one of the most evil thing one can use on nature. His mother, however, supported him wholeheartedly, knowing that one day he will become a great mage and swordsman. When Noxus invaded Ionia, Ning traveled to the far west to Freljord where he reforged his body. By giving up his mortal body, he conquered death, but in turn he is noted by the Aspects.

No one can escape death. (I know this is a messy lore, it will make more sense if a full lore comes out)

Region: Ionia Roles: skirmisher/ caster Positions: mid/ top

Base Stats:

Health --------------------------------- 460 (+87) HP Regen --------------------------- 7.5 (+0.55) Mana ----------------------------------- 370(+32) Mana Regen ---------------------- 3 (+0.45) Attack Damage ----------------- 58 (+ 3.3) Attack Speed -------------------- .675 (+1.8) Armor ---------------------------------- 30 (+3) Magic Resist --------------------- 32.1 (+1.25) Movement Speed ------------ 330 Range ---------------------------------- 125

Note: A relatively low movement speed to compensate for his mobility. High mana but low mana regen.

~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Passives: (the following / will indicate levels 1/7/13)

The Undying : Upon taking lethal damage (damage that would’ve killed you), Ning is revived with 5/7.5/10% (+5*Beyond Death stacks) of his maximum health after entering 3/2.5/2 (-15% for every Beyond Death stack, multiplicative with each other not additive) seconds of statis. He will also gain 100% damage reduction and 100% bonus movement speed for 1 second. He grants the enemy who triggered the revival 50-150 gold (depending on level, capping at level 11).This can be only triggered x times before leaving Ning in death timer and giving the killer the gold. X is number of Beyond Death stacks Beyond Death: Ning gains one for every successful death (so every time he enters death timer).

Cagstila(name of the necklace): The overwhelming power of Ning’s magic is kept down by the great necklace Cagstila. Ning slows himself by 0.75% for every 1% of health he is missing. If he falls below 40% hp, his fire takes over and increases his ability power by 10/13/15%. The self-slow will no longer apply if he’s below 40%.

Note: So… stacking guardian angel proc. This is a weird “feast or famine” revive mechanic. For example:

  • Ning has 0 death -> he dies, entering death timer; the enemy gets the gold.
  • Now Ning has 1 death -> he is killed; grants gold -> revives -> gets killed again -> enters death timer; enemy gets gold.
  • Ning has 2 deaths -> he is killed; grants gold -> revives -> gets killed again; grants gold -> revives -> gets killed again -> enters death timer; enemy gets gold.

Essentially the harder he feeds, the harder he will feed. It is very important to not avoid dying on this champion, since the statis shortens if he has a lot of stacks, making him an... well, ATM.

His second passive is a bit more aggressive. His base MS isn’t all that high, so the slow will make him extremely not sticky. If he reaches below 40%, his damage starts to become a serious threat.

~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Q: Infernal Whisper : Cooldown: 10/9/8/7/6|| Cost: 65/70/75/80/85

Ning throws out a ball of fire (aka fireball xD) to up to 1100 units (slow moving, imagine Anivia’s q). It will deal 40/55/70/85/100 (+100% bonus AD)(+60% AP) magical damage in a 250 radius to all units it passes through. If the fireball hits Ning, the fireball will explode in a 325 radius and deals 30/50/70/90/110 (+40% AP) magical damage. He will also gain Burning (help me come up names plzzzzzzz...) status for 4 seconds. Burning: Ning enhances his sword so his auto attack deals 10/15/20/25/30 (+28% AP) bonus magical damage. He also gains 30% slow resistance.

Note: This is a pretty strong ability. Burning will be Ning’s main source of dps, but for laning it’s mainly for poke or zoning.

As for the numbers… The direct damage is slightly lower than Anivia’s q (both casts) even if Ning goes full AP, and Burning’s damage is slightly higher than Varus’s w’s passive.

Ning nearsights both himself and a selected enemy champion (within 600 range) for 1.5/2/2.5/3/3.5 seconds. They, however, will have vision of each other regardless of distance, vision, etc. for the same duration. Ning gains 10/20/30/40/50 bonus movement speed when moving toward the target. If Ning “dies”, the effect is refreshed every 0.25 second until Ning comes back from statis.

Note: A natural counter to adcs, which makes his enemies think twice before killing Ning in a team fight. It also can also be used to make aid your jungler with an interesting gank if you time it just right.

The bonus MS alone will not be enough for him to touch his q, but if he has righteous glory and ghost, it might work.

~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ E: Inhuman Physique : Cooldown: 20/18/16/14/12|| Cost: 35/40/45/50/55

Passive: Upon receiving damage from an epic unit or enemy champion, Ning gains a stack of Rage for 1.5 seconds, which grants 2/3/4/5/6% damage reduction, stacking up to 10 stacks.

Active: Ning dashes in a target direction for 100 (+80% AD)(+50% AP) units and clears himself of any negative effects and resets auto attack timer.

Note: Pretty simple. Neat little dash that resets auto.

The passive grants him a lot of survivability against champions that like extended trades (darius, nasus when ulting), but 1.5 second window is pretty easy to just wait it out.

Cagstila calms Ning down, removing the slow from Cagstila for 10 seconds. Ning then (1 second after initial cast, he can move/attack while channeling, and it can be interrupted by cc) applies 50/65/80% of the slow he would’ve gotten from Cagstila to all allies and enemies within 1500 units of him. If Ning is below 40/45/50% of his maximum health, all units will also be grounded for the duration. These effects go on for 9 seconds (10 - 1 channel time).

Special note: This effect can be nullified by Sivir’s and Nocturne’s spell shield. Effects like cleanse and QSS will make the user/target become immune to the effects for 3 seconds.

Note: In essence, this grants Ning the ability to do whatever he wants in that 9 second period. He would love to have a teammate with long range because while everyone’s positioning will be greatly decrease, back lines (especially on-hit monsters like twitch or kog’maw) will pop off pretty hard. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ That's it. Enjoy :D
