New Summoner Spell idea... Supercharge!!!

Hey guys what would you think of a summoner spell that would increase damage done and lifesteal spell vamp by like 10% for 6 seconds sorta like a mini ryze ult. I would love to see some variability to summoner spells. And this sounds decent in concept. What do you think? There could also be like attack speed boost or any random combo of things to have a damage based summoner spell. Please let me know what you think. And dont be rude aint nobody got time for that.

It'd be nice, but it wouldn't be as effective, something on the likes of Surge would be much better. Early game, Heal and Barrier easily outclass it for survival while late game it wouldn't do much as everyone dies in a matter of seconds anyways. If this was introduced in Season 1 or Season 2, I could see a lot of people picking it up instead of Rally or Fortify xD
