[Rework Concept] Shyvana - The Actually Scary Dragonlady

I would like for Shyvana to be reworked with more unique and interesting mechanics in mind, especially while dragon formed. Her current dragon form is lackluster, as it's essentially just hitting more things with same abilities. So here's my thoughts on what kind of rework I'd like for to have.

Passive: Dragon's Rage

Human Form Gain increasing Armor and Magic resist with fury at 0.25 Armor and MR per fury.

Dragon Form Armor and MR is increased by 50/75/100 (At levels 1/2/3 of ult) for the duration of being Dragon Formed.

While being unable to farm fury until level 6, It would give Shyvana the danger of a high-risk early game while giving her a large amount of lategame power.

First Ability: Dragon's Bite (Q) Cooldown: 14/12/10/8/6

Human Form Your next autoattack does 70/75/80/85/90% bonus damage.

Human Form Passive: Autoattacking reduces the cooldown by 1 seconds per hit. (Does not reduce Dragon form cooldown)

Dragon Form Your next autoattack bites the enemy, dealing 110/120/130/140/150% (Per ability level) bonus damage and incapacitates the enemy for 0.75/1/1.25 seconds (Duration per level of ultimate). (Incapacitate: Renders them unable to move or attack for the duration. Blink type movement abilities and all summoners not disabled)

Now it would probably be frustrating for some people that she'd do a lot of damage while getting a big tankiness steroid along with some more CC and a nuke. Some may even say I'd be trying to create another Skarner (Post-rework pre nerf) by giving her CC as well. Well, take a look at Gnar.

Second Ability: Blazing Fury (W) Cooldown: 12

Human Form Active: Surrounds Shyvana with flames for 3 seconds, increasing her movement speed by 10/20/30/40/50% and dealing 20/25/30/35/40 Magic damage a second to nearby enemies. (0.2 AD scaling per tick)

Dragon Form Active: Surrounds Shyvana with blazing flames for 3/4/5 (Per ultimate level) seconds, increasing her movement speed by 10/20/30/40/50% and dealing 30/45/60/75/90 Magic damage a second to nearby enemies (0.3 AD)

Passive Attacking enemies increases the duration by 1 second, up to a maximum of 3 seconds.

My goals with this rework concept would be to make her human form a bit weaker, but making her dragon form more powerful. So that we Shyvana lovers can say "I are scary dragon!" when Dragon Formed, while actually being scary. I don't like the on-hit based Devourer Shyvana that has become core :/

Third Ability: Searing Wounds (E)

Passive: Attacks against enemies below 25% health apply grievous wounds.

Active: For the next 4 seconds, Auto attacks apply a debuff that does 2/3/4/5/6% of an enemy's missing health as magic damage over 2 seconds (Does not stack)

I think this third ability would generate some controversy, as it would be extremely effective against low health opponents and would give her some considerable anti-sustain capabilities if she could get them in a bad spot.

Ultimate Ability: Dragon's Descent/Fire Breath (R) Dragon Form Cost: 5 fury a second.

Human Form: Passive - Rage Gain 1 Fury per second Autoattacks Generate 0.5 Fury

Human Form - Dragons's Descent Shyvana transforms into a dragon, dashing to the target location. Enemies hit are knocked back and take 100/200/300 Physical damage (0.2 AD)

Dragon Form - Fire Breath (One time use active, think along the lines of Riven but Channeled) Breath flame in a cone, dealing 200/300/400 magic damage over 2.5 seconds (Damage per tick: 40/60/80 0.2 AP per tick, 5 ticks)

Flame Breath applies Searing Wounds.

Overall, she has less power in human form and more in dragon form. In a risky place early game, but becomes lategame dominant.

This rework is simply a nerf to all of Shyvana's strengths and doesn't compensate her weaknesses. First of all it will kill her in jungle: Shyvana will lose her clearing speed and overall damage by a lot. Removing bonus armor (and mr) from her passive pre 6 + changes to her W and E will make her early farm in jungle terrible. She will lose a lot of clearing speed and, considering she still has no sustain, with this low resistances and lack of Aoe dmg she won't be able to farm as well as she does now. And yet she can't gank without reliable cc and/or gapcloser. This will put her far behind and she won't become "terrifying dragon" at all. Maybe you want to put her at top lane — she'll be destroyed by anyone. You took away her only range ability, so any range champion will poke her out of lane with 0 farm and doesn't matter if this range is squishy, cause she can't get to him with nerfs to her W's speed buff (not to mention dmg). Your E is absolutely useless in lane, because there's no chance you will be able to reduce enemy's health to 25% or anywhere near that value so that the active will do any damage. At this point, Q is the only ability worth to max first, but it won't help you: without sustain and escapes (m.s. from W is nerfed) you will be quickly kicked out of lane by pokers or strong duelists. Ganks won't help, cause this shyvana has nor dmg nor cc to follow up with. Her new dragon form bonuses aren't that great to compensate her terrible early game. Not to mention that she can still be easily poked down.

I think she doesn't need to be changed this much. But the second activation on ult seems like a very nice idea. A channeled flame breath would be so freaking cool.

People always say "he/she doesn't need an update, they are already strong" but they ignore the fact that sometimes a champion is just very bland. Shyvana while being able to transform into a dragon does not feel that special. She just hits you and you die. In dragon form she hits multiple people and they die. A huge flame breath ult would actually give her some much needed oomph but obviously there would have to be compensation nerfs to other parts of her kit.

Isn't Shyvana scary enough as it is when fed?

I personally think this concept works fairly well, considering how Shyvana is. Dampening her early game, so you have a much stronger late game to work up to. And the skillsets blend well with her character. I like it
