Gruk, The Stain of Demacia

Gruk Declue was born to a prestigious family in Demacia, though you would never guess as much by talking to him. A rebel by nature, Gruk wasn't enraptured by the "greatness of the Demacian empire" like everyone else seemed to be and was instead interested in more...reckless endeavors. Gruk started as a problem child, disobeying his tutors, insulting his classmates, lying even when there was nothing important to lie about. Then he became a nuisance. The teenage years had found Gruk and a whole new type of trouble was found with it. Gruk's antics graduated from a mild annoyance to idiocy. He could be caught stealing, even if his family could care for his every need and want. Property was vandalized, sometimes left with his name painted on it. He often picked fights against 2, 3 sometimes even 4 people at a time, coming home covered in bruises and still bleeding from cuts, a wide grin across his face. Eventually Gruk started making a name for himself, at the cost of his family's legacy of course. Gruk discovered that his reputation gave him a special way with women, and soon he had added "playboy" in the list of the many titles he attributed to himself.
Gruk's family was not pleased with his actions. His reputation didn't just hurt himself, but anyone that dared share his last name. Distant relatives began disowning him, claiming no relation to the man. It wasn't long before they stopped inviting him to family reunions. Eventually Gruk took things too far. When the statue of a infamous Demacian general was found decapitated his father gave him an ultimatum. Either he joined the military or he would be kicked out of the Declue family, losing his access to their riches along with it. Reluctantly Gruk obeyed his father and signed up at the nearest outpost. His father thought that the military would teach him honor, loyalty, discipline, and even give Gruk the challenge in life he was so obviously looking for. What he did not know however, was that he had brought the embarrassment of his family onto an international stage.
As much as he was a mere grunt in the Demacian army, his father used the connections he had left to make sure his son didn't come to harm, and was kept out of the war front. His troop had a simple objective, escort a diplomat into and out of the freljord. The group made great progress on their first week out, but soon after their progress was halted by a storm. Shivering to the bone, they heaved a sigh of relief when they spotted the light of a nearby inn, bar attached. Gruk's commander deemed it ok for them to spend some time there and wait out the storm, which could last several days if the myths were to be believed, and considering how lighthearted their mission was, gave his troop permission to go the bar. Sitting at the bar with a couple of his troop-members Gruk was being his unruly self, and it wasn't long before he got into an argument with one of the other patrons. Shortly after, this argument escalated into a fist fight, which then turned into an all out bar brawl, involving everyone present. Cleaning up, one of the patrons (a freljordian) was found dead. There was no way to prove that Gruk was the one to kill him, but he was the first person anyone thought of. Freljordian peacekeepers, while understanding of the situation (it was a barfight, likely not a "real" murder) they didn't arrest Gruk, but they did insist that he and his troop leave the freljord as soon as possible. Gruk returned home an even bigger disgrace than when he left. He father hugged him when he returned home. Then he offered him access to his bed for two weeks, a years worth of gold, and told him to leave his house and never return.
There was no hate. There were no threats. Gruk knew that his father tried his best to provide what was best for him, but he also knew that his father could never provide was he needed and worse, he knew that he could never be the son his father wanted. He took the gold, hugged his father and mother goodbye, and set out, abandoning his last name so as to not dishonor his family anymore.
He traveled Runeterra, hopping from job to job. Trying to make the gold last, but also not wanting to stay in one place for too long. He found himself back in the Freljord (too cold), then traveled to Ionia. When he was kicked out of Ionia (too orderly) he tried Zaun. He didn't like Zaun (too smelly) and so he tried Noxus (too arrogant) and then Shurima (too much sand). Eventually he found the one place that he loved. Bilgewater. Every day was a challenge. Everyone was not how they seemed and for once Gruk found a place that was exciting for him. He had found home.
Appearance : I don't have any art to share ( I suck at drawing) but I imagine him looking kinda like a pale white version of Ryse, or like Baldur from God of War.

Passive: Join to the fight - Gruk is motivated to be in the center of every fight. Whenever Gruk or an ally champion within 600 units damages or is damaged by an enemy champion, Gruk gets bonus (10/15/20)% move speed when traveling in the direction of the enemy champion. This effect last for 2 seconds, or until Gruk damages or is damaged by an enemy. Cooldown (40 seconds)
Q: Get Your Attention- Gruk throws a rock a range of 550 units, Dealing 50/65/80/95/110 + 60% of AD damage to the first unit hit. If it hits a champion, they are taunted for .5 seconds
W: Suplex - Gruk grabs an enemy champion in 150 range with both arms and tosses them overhead, slamming into the ground. The enemy is dealt 60/65/70/75/80 + 40% of AD in damage and is stunned for .5 seconds. If they enemy collides with another enemy champion when they hit the ground, that enemy will be stunned for 1 second and will take damage that scales off of the thrown targets max health.
E: Dirty Tactics - Gruk breaks into a sprint, gaining 15/20/25/30/35% move speed for 4 seconds. After two seconds, you can recast E to cancel the effect early and slide 200 units in target direction, kicking up a dust cloud that blinds enemies caught inside (like graves smokebomb). For the duration that E is activated, he gains 10/15/20% tenacity, but any immobilizing effect will cancel the ability and prevent him from sliding.
R: Right Hook - As scrappy looking as Gruk looks, he knows how to throw a punch. Gruk delivers a massive hook that sweeps from right to left across 120 degrees with 200 range, decking all enemy champions across the face. The first champion struck is stunned for 1.5 seconds and damaged for 300/350/400 + 45% AD. Each other champion hit will be stunned for .75 seconds and take half damage.
