@Riot: Hextech and Exclusivity

As we all know, these skins are currently completely unobtainable:

As such, I think the proper approach to having the possibility of these skins, but still to retain their massive exclusivity lies in the Hextech Crafting. With all the recent uproar about Dreadnova Darius being a gemstone exclusive in Hextech, it got me thinking - what if skins like these were also made available via gemstones in Hextech crafting, except maybe at the cost of 15-20 gemstones only, and no skin shards of any of these skins circulating in the chests?

I feel like this would retain their exclusive status, and make the older players who own the skins (if they even still exist) not feel like their exclusive status (again, if they exist) is being tread upon. Making these skins so hellishly hard to get would preserve the joy of actually owning the skin previously or earning the skin through Hextech. It's win-win for everybody, because then at least the possibility exists for newer players to get these skins and appreciate all the time that Riot has gone through to make and recreate them. I personally have never seen any of these skins in my 3 years playing this game, and I feel like the artists who recreated them will have wasted their time and efforts since the people who own them either don't use them or are next to non-existent now, and no one ever will actually be able to appreciate the time that was put into these skins. Please at least consider it.

Some of these skins were exclusive for a reason, and were difficult to obtain, such as Medieval Twitch. To older players, if you were to make this suddenly accessible, it would feel like you were taking away something that marks them as some of the original players or players who put in a lot of effort back in time would feel like they were cheated out of it.

The Medieval Twitch and Grey Warwick were awarded for friend referral. You could grind accounts using Yahoo mail or Gmail and get those skins. In fact, I'd wager that many people did just that. As for the rest, making these skins cost gemstones in Hextech is hardly "suddenly accessible." It's hard enough to get 10, with like each one having a 5% drop rate.
