champs that Im really hoping to see get a skin in 5.13

has Creator Viktor. Nothing else is needed.
has Ravenborn LeBlanc (Harrowing skin). Nothing else is needed. (Get it during Harrowing if you don't have it.
is getting a Chroma pack for Headhunter Yi; it's on the PBE right now, check it out on Surrenderat20.net. Nothing else is needed.
needs Pool Boy/Pool Cleaner Yorick (pool skimmer instead of shovel). After that, nothing else is needed.
could probably use another skin.
needs the Necromancer skin concept that I've seen in this board.
needs a funny-themed skin. All hers are serious.

's best skin is SKT Zyra, which is a little bit sad. She needs one that's actually good.
needs a Chroma pack for Neon Strike Vi. I will buy it in a heartbeat.

That's all I have to say about that.
LB has alot of skins same with master yi. Zed has good skins. Viktor needs one, but i think they should rework huntress sivir, it looks so trashy that i want to play with the normal skin over the skin i spent money on.
she have seen a lot of play in lcs lateñy and she is a really popular pick nowdays. The last skin was like maybe two years ago.

Well Yi might be getting a Chroma pack in 5.13 since they added the assets for it in the PBE (5.12) but not the actual pack yet. So mostly will be out by then.
