Funny that. I checked and you only had Lee Sin in 3 of your last 9 games, while at the same time you had Lissandra in 3 consecutive games and Thresh picked 4 times in 3 games. Yep, Lee Sin picks every game.

Man, a champ in every game that's god tier in win rate?

I have never seen such a thing! Ahri

UB3R 1337 H4X7 votes

Lee has an ass winrate... mind you I think that he can still get a bit of a nerf and be ok but still.

BluePolarizer7 votes

what I meant was that the OP mains Ahri and is whining about an OP champ in every game LOL

CarameI Frappe5 votes

I main Ahri and weirdly enough, she's my only solution in countering ZedTalonKatarina. Granted, her ult is basically three flashes that deals damage- but I am thankful for it since it spares me from needing to rush item 3157.

But yeah even I know she's quite OP where I even had a Zed main say i'm annoying to lane against lol.

KaisadiIIa2 votes

I don't think she's OP. Although she has a really unnecessary Q movement speed boost that makes laning against her more annoying than it should in certain match-ups.

Shiyo Kozuki1 votes

Zed hard counters ahri.

CarameI Frappe1 votes

He may counter her, but a good Ahri can work around this. I enjoy fighting Zeds because they usually go all in after they hit lvl 6. But every time they try to get near me I simply walk back while casting Q in the direction they're going. Even if their ult lands, I save my ult to dash away and ensure to waste em after.

Also roaming helps big time because Zed is not able to catch a fleeing Ahri if she hasn't used her ult up. Also harassing the Zed and avoiding most of his shurikens makes the Zed more intimidated to engage you.

In short, mind games son. Make the Zed think twice before trying to belittle a skilled Ahri and gank other lanes to overpower the Zed if he hasn't gotten fed himself.

Apocalypsic4 votes

The whole deal between Zed and Ahri is really just a skill match up. It can go either way.

Actually Lee was pure garbage when he was released.

Similar to Yorick; He had to get multiple sizeable buffs before he was finally playable. Unfortunately the buffs left him wildly overpowered and he has never been nerfed since.

Let me qualify that statement; Never nerfed in a meaningful way (Ex: Look at the utter destruction Soraka is going through, the fairly harsh nerfs Tahm Kench has received/is going to receive next patch and the actual sensible nerfs Rengar is getting; SURE WISH LEE WOULD GET BALANCED)

he was actually nerfed, though

His attack speed reduction got removed. If I am not mistaken, his W has been nerfed too.

That said, it's a shame how Riot lets him be the king of jungle for years. Nerfs are nerfs, but the nerfs that Lee received didn't really solved his main problem.

-remove his stupid ward hopping gimmick that's only shared by Real Weapon and Pentarina -lower Q projectile speed -turn his ult into more of a utility spell instead of being a goddamn nuke -nerf his base MS

Pick any, hopefully all.

considering how he isn't good to begin with that wouldn't be a good idea.

Don't know why this is getting down voted. I agree with almost everything that Fizz is annoying, but if he isn't doing good, there really is no point in nerfing him.

That's Lee's win rate and not Fizz's, in plat+ Fizz is doing much better than Lee is.

You are right Thresh is an OP support. But he cant penta very easy.

Riot has about 15 toxic champs that just need to be removed.

Until he stops being overpowered (I.e. Riot balances him), he will continue to be very popular.

TIL: 45.8% win rate = OP

he has a low win rate because new players watch an insec video, think they can make big plays, and first time him in a ranked game and do awful with him

not even joking

idc about lee tbh, the only thing that annoys me is his base ms. just saying that win rate isnt everything. leblanc had like a 46% win rate when everyone thought she was broken. doesnt mean she wasnt.

Halo3 votes

I always ban that guy, not becasue i hate playing vs him or becasue he is op. I dont want him in MY TEAM. 90% of lee mains can not play him and usually try to carry early but cant adapt to lategame.

Or they just suck and cant play him at all but want in on that HIGH SKILL CHAMPION.

Restless Slumber3 votes

But playing against him is freelo. And I never let someone on my team pick him (cuz I'm jungle). Like seriously, my Elise vs Lee Sin win rate is probably 90%.

Nameless Voice3 votes

Sounds like... Every season since his release, apart from a short gap during the Cinderhulk meta.

Riot: Sigh... fine. *Lee Sin gets a buff* Riot: We know this is exactly what you wanted.

M0b1us2 votes

Sorry, Sejuani already had her time in the jungle spotlight. Here at Riot we like to make sure everyone gets some time in the spotlight. Sejuani had hers, now it is time for LeeSin to have the spotlight.

A Rioter basically said this when asked about helping out Sejuani. So nothing is going to change probably.

Sevixys2 votes

Lee has been in the spotlight since.. his release? He is a jack-of-all-trades who does everything well and never drops out of favor. Needlessly overloaded kit, tons of damage and tankiness of a goddamn hecarim..

Well, when he was released, he was famous for being rather weak and EXTREMELY buggy. It took a while for the bugs to be worked out, but they also gave him a few buffs as well during this time. When the bugs finally were mostly dealt with, the buffs he got made him extremely powerful. This is about the time where the level 2 gank from red became a really popular start. Ever since then he has been a solid pick. Sometimes he wasn't picked as much if tanks were more valued, but even then he was still a strong choice.
