Ze'Lex, the Void Princess

Even the void needs a princess!

Ze'Lex shall be a hyper marksman type involving her play style of trying to not be touched by filfthy peasant opposition and demanding her team and the void to bow down and serve her as she rules the battlefield and Runeterra!

Basic Attack Range: 500/575/650/725 units Basic Attacks: She uses a royal void scepter and launches black magic at her target for her basic attacks

Royal Darkness (Passive): Upon casting a spell, Ze'Lex becomes untargetable for 0.5 second.

Decree: Attack (Q): Cooldown: 10/8/6/4/2 seconds; Cost: 35 Mana; Range: 575 units; Aura: 1400 units Ze'Lex summons a royal void guard upon her location for 7 seconds to attack the target enemy, if the target dies then all guards return back to the void. Additionally, nearby ally minions will attack the target enemy for the next 3.5 seconds, afterwards the minions return to do their own thing (if commanded minions execute a target Ze'Lex gains the kill credit).

Decree: Attack can be used on structures, royal void guards deal half damage to structures however.

Royal Void Guard: Attack Damage: 40(+50%Total AD) physical damage Attack Speed: Matches Ze'Lex's attack speed Attack Range: 250 units Movement Speed: +50 units per second faster than Ze'Lex Defense: 100% max health but cannot exceed 1000 health, armor and magic resist matches Ze'Lex's

Decree: Guard (W): Cooldown: 30/26/22/18/14 seconds; Cost: 80 Mana Ze'Lex summons a giant void monster in front of her to block all projectiles for the next 5 seconds or when killed that would have normally hit Ze'Lex only, taking any damage for itself instead.

Giant Void Monster: Health: 500/650/800/950/1100; a single damaging projectile cannot exceed 25% of giant void monster's max health Armor and Magic Resist: Matches Ze'Lex's armor and magic resist Range: is summoned 250 units in front of Ze'Lex and only moves when trying to stop projectiles that would normally hit Ze'Lex and only Ze'Lex

Decree: Charge (E): Cooldown: 25 seconds; Cost: 50 Mana; Range: 1500 units; Aura: 1400 units Ze'Lex summons a void knight to charge in the target direction to deal (+80/90/100/110/120% Total AD) physical damage and knock-down struck units for 1/1.2/1.4/1.6/1.8 seconds. Additionally only nearby ally champions, minions, and void creatures gain 20% bonus movement speed when running towards enemy champions for 3 seconds.

Kingdom of the Void (R): Cooldown: 150/90/30 seconds; Cost: 100 Mana; Passive: Ze'Lex permanently gains +75/150/225 bonus basic attack range and target range to Decree: Attack. Passive: Decree: Charge's bonus movement speed towards enemy champions for nearby ally champions, minions, and void creatures increases to 30/40/50%.

Active: Ze'Lex deals 8/10/12%(+1% per 50 bonus AD) of her target's maximum health as bonus magic damage on-hit, gains 35% magic penetration, and 100/120/140% attack speed for the next 12 seconds.

Quick Note: Ze'Lex becomes untargetable meaning this is a de-aggro tool to force the enemy to attack something else she is not invulnerable in anyway; basically if someone or something was attacking her and something else was in range they will no longer attack her and automatically attack something else, for enemy champions they can always just click on Ze'Lex again but her passive is a good survivability passive to de-aggro enemies from attacking her.

Hope you all enjoy the void princess, Ze'Lex, and excited to see what you guys thing of her! Have a good day everyone! ~ Stacona

EDIT (1): Royal Darkness: No longer grants 20% damage reduction for 0.5 against spells.

Decree: Attack: Point-and-click range decreased to 575 from 750 units, but now gains increased range with ranks into Kingdom of the Void so the range will end up being 575/650/725/800 units. Can now be used on structures, royal void guards deal half their damage to structures.

Decree: Guard: A single damaging projectile cannot deal more than 25% of the giant void monster's maximum health.

Decree: Charge: Cost increased to 50 from 40 Mana Knock-down duration lowered to 1/1.2/1.4/1.6/1.8 from 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds Now additionally all void creatures gain offensive bonus movement speed (relevant for Decree: Attack and Malzahar's Voidlings) Nearby ally champions, minions, and void creatures offensive movement speed duration lowered to 3 from 4 seconds.

Kingdom of the Void: Now grants increased target (point-and-click) range to Decree: Attack along with her basic attacks (unchanged)

EDIT (2): Kingdom of the Void: Bonus max health magic damage on-hit increased to 8/10/12% from 8/9/10%; magic penetration reduced to 35% from 50%.

I like the concept, and I'm not good with numbers for champions (durations, cooldowns, ad, ap, armor, mr, etc.) so I'll leave it up to you whether you feel like these are even necessary changes, but just looking at the abilities it seems like it could use a little work.

First off, whatever changes you do make, I'd suggest putting slashes through the old versions of the abilities and putting the new versions underneath so people can decide which version they liked better if they're willing to read a bit.

Passive: I know 0.5 seconds isn't too long to be untargetable, and I know that this does not make her immune to damage, but people still don't like to hear "un-targetable after every ability", so maybe make it level up with Ze'lex, so that at lv. 1-3 it lasts 0.1 seconds, lv. 4-6 it lasts 0.2 seconds, lv. 7-9 it lasts 0.3 seconds, lv. 10-12 it lasts 0.4 seconds, and either at lv. 13-18 it lasts 0.5 seconds or at lv. 13-15 it lasts 0.5 seconds and at lv. 16-18 it lasts 0.6 seconds. Especially with how short your Q's cooldown gets, coupled with any possible cooldown reduction you get, this ability can wind up getting pretty annoying late game and it would probably get nerfed anyways if it were actually in the game.

R: I'm mostly fine with this, but maybe just make Charge's movement speed increase only to 25/30/35%. Again, if other people comment saying they like your version better, then ok, but at the moment 50% bonus movement speed to all nearby allied champions seems a bit much, especially very late game. Also, is the bonus magic damage for all of her basic attacks or is it for her summoned knights and guards too?

Your idea was very good, I don't have too many problems with the other abilities, but those were the main things that stuck out to me. I would also be a little careful about her ult's 50% magic penetration with such a fast and long-range basic attack that will also be dealing 8/9/10% of their health as magic damage, but since it's her ult and she doesn't have other spells that deal magic damage it's not that bad. Like I said, all of these are just suggestions; I'm not good with the actual numbers so if you think it's fine then I'll leave that up to you.
