Pitch idea for a Dystopian/Apocalyptic/Wasteland/Space Pirate Gangplank

Hi, I created a thread on what Gangplank's legendary skin could be like. I wanted to bring the idea back so a Rioter can see if it checks out or a fellow artist that can envision the concept.

Basically, the concept of this Gangplank skin is showing a more grim and dirtier Gangplank in a future where the world was rapidly advancing in which it has now been made broken, leaving everyone for his and herself. Things are filled with insanity but of course Gangplank has managed to get by with zaun/piltover tech he scavenged and a flying AI-controlled drone/hoverbike that is corrupted(the AI constantly asks if Gangplank's wants to retreive the old memory to which he replies no). But being okay so far doesn't mean that there isn't something lurking behind that shadow or piles of debris. With his hellfire handcannon, plasma blade, oranges, and an AI capable of using satellite beams on foes unlucky enough to witness his might... he can't go wrong anywhere... Could he?
