Champion Concept: Evelia, The Problemsolver
I think League has enough room for two permastealthed champions, so here's my concept of a new stealthy assassin that will be a great addition to the champion roster.
PASSIVE Shadow Walk. When out of combat for 6 seconds, Evelia enters stealth, only being able to be seen by enemy champions within 700 range or true sight. While stealthed, Evelia regenerates 2% of her missing mana every second and ignores unit collision.
Q Negative Feedback. ACTIVE: Evelia fires a wave of negative feedback through a nearby enemy, dealing magic damage to all enemy units in its path. Range: 500 Cost: 12 / 18 / 24 / 30 / 36 mana Cooldown: 1.5 MAGIC DAMAGE: 40 / 50 / 60 / 70 / 80 (+ 50 / 55 / 60 / 65 / 70% bonus AD) (+ 35 / 40 / 45 / 50 / 55% AP)
W Better Than Charm. ACTIVE: Evelia starts freerunning, removing all slows affecting her. For the next 3 seconds, she gains bonus movement speed and is ghosted. Better Than Charm's cooldown is reduced by 1 second every time Evelia damages an enemy champion with an ability, and its cooldown is refreshed on enemy champion takedowns. Cost: 40 mana Cooldown: 15 Bonus Movement speed: 30 / 40 / 50 / 60 / 70%
E Not A Suicide Button. ACTIVE: Evelia slashes her target twice, dealing physical damage and applying on-hit effects with each slash. Additionally, she gains bonus attack speed for 3 seconds. Target Range: 225 Cost: 50 / 55 / 60 / 65 / 70 mana Cooldown: 9 Physical damage per slash: 35 / 55 / 75 / 95 / 115 (+ 50% bonus AD) (+ 50% AP) Bonus attack speed: 60 / 75 / 90 / 105 / 120%
R Bad Rework. ACTIVE: Evelia impales enemies in target area, dealing magic damage and slowing them for 2 seconds, capped at 1000 against monsters. Evelia also siphons her victims' pain, shielding herself for up to 6 seconds for every enemy champion hit by Bad Rework. Target range: 650 Effect radius: 250 Cost: 100 Mana cooldown: 120 / 100 / 80 Magic damage: 15 / 20 / 25% (+ 1% per 100 AP) of target's current health Slow: 40 / 60 / 80% Shield strength per champion: 150 / 225 / 300
