(Champion concept) Skarabaus the Wizard Devourer
Passive (Mana Runes): Skarabaus's body is covered in runes that harden his body against the effects of magical and physical attacks. For every 10 mana Skarabaus gains 0.3 magic resist and 0.15 armor.
Q (Runic Bite) (passive): Skarabaus's attacks deal 5/10/15/20/25 + 0.5% max mana extra damage.
each enemy minion killed by this ability gives Skarabaus 4 extra max mana, 8 for siege minions and monsters and champs.
Q (active): Skarabaus focuses his energies to enhance the strength of his bite, causing his next attack to deal 30/45/60/75/90 + 20%ap + 5% max mana
Mana cost: 40/50/60/70/80 cooldown: 8/7/6/5/4 seconds
W (Mana Surge): Skarabaus's body is charged with mana for 1.5 seconds, at the end of which time Skarabaus has 3 seconds to shoot himself towards some point in a 90degree cone in front of him a distance of up to 1200 units (think of Zac's E). When Skarabaus hits an enemy be deals 50/90/130/170/210 + 50%ap and carries all enemies he hits with him. When Skarabaus reaches the end of his flight, or if Skarabaus hits impassible terrain before the end of his flight (he cannot jump walls with this) then he deals an additional 10% max mana damage. Mana cost: 60/80/100/120/140 cooldown: 20/18/16/14/12
E (Mana shard): Skarabaus gather mana together into a crystal shard and fires it in a given direction up to 1000 units away, dealing 30/50/70/90/110 + 40% ap + 5% max mana. When an enemy is struck by this ability that enemy has a hex planted on them, which lasts for 5 seconds, draining enemies of 2% of their max mana. If an enemy with a hex is hit by another ability or basic attack from Skarabaus, then the rune detonates dealing 4% of Skarabaus's max mana as damage and silencing the enemy for the remaining drain duration and another hex cannot be planted on the enemy for 8 seconds. If mana surge is used to detonate the hex, the silence instead becomes an area silence. Mana cost: 90/100/110/120/130 cooldown: 8/7/6/5/4 seconds
R (Runic Protection): Skarabaus generates a field (radius 300/500/700) that gives half effectiveness of his mana runes (passive) to all allies within the radius of influence and reduces all enemies resistances within the range of influence by an amount half that of the benefits Skarabaus gains from mana runes
Lore: Skarabaus is a creation of Bakukang the Swarm General in an attempt to restore the Shadow isles to their former glory.
