Can we get an Ohmwrecker change?

I've been playing a little bit of nasus recently and I went ahead and built ohmwrecker sense its stats fit the situation. I like the item and its passive. Overall I would say its a pretty good defensive item... except you are also paying for the active. It has pretty much always been this way, but what made it a decent buy was when it got the point runner passive (the bonus movespeed around towers). However, when Zzrot came out, ohmwrecker became basically pointless.

I wanted to suggest that ohmwrecker's active be changed to match its stats as a defensive item. Instead of letting you deactivate an enemy turret, make it have synergy with allied turrets and Zzrot. What i suggest is that the active be changed to "Supercharged: Nearby turrets have their attackspeed doubled and nearby Zz'rot portals have their spawn rate doubled (maximum of 2 turrets/Zz'rot portals can be supercharged)".

Any thoughts or suggestions?

I think it just needs to be a better tank item, it competes with Randuins and Dead Mans Plate which are more useful on 90% of the map in 90% of the situations you'll get into. If it gave 500hp, and deactivated turrets a little longer, it'd be a solid item

Ohmwrecker should do the following: Zhonya's the turret selected by the player, but passively increases turret attack speed if the champ using it is near it. Get rid of point runner on it. Then you have room now to make it more tanky, but it shouldn't be overstated to be built on laners - kept to being a support tech item. This now makes it not only situational, but still balanced to not be a must-have

Zzrot should never b y any means ever be viable, it's ability is so fucking strong, to the point if it was viable it would be zzrot all over again.
