(Champion Concept) Lintah the Leech Soldier

Lore: Lintah is a soldier created by the general Bakukang in order to fulfill his master's dream to restore the shadow isles.

Note: Lintah does not have mana instead using what is called "blood".

Passive (sizable appetite): As Lintah gains hp he increases in size and his appetite becomes more ferocious. Lintah heals for a percentage of any damage he deals using his basic attacks equal to X% (maybe 3%) of his max hp. Spells and basic attacks generate blood (where the max blood that can be stored is equal to 30% of Lintah's max hp).

15% of the damage Lintah takes is instead taken from his "blood".

Q (Siphon) (skill shot) Active: Lintah fires out his spiny tongue an latches onto an enemy. This tongue slows the target enemy for 4 seconds, ranging from 20-50% depending on how much much health the enemy is missing, where the max slow occurs at 33% missing hp. The physical damage dealt is equal to 30/45/60/75/90 + 2.5% max hp per second. cooldown is 10/9/8/7/6 seconds after previous siphon has ended.

W (blood bath): Lintah spews blood from his body on the ground creating a zone where he has increased movement speed and health regeneration. The radius of this zone is 100 + 3 per point of "blood" maxed at 30/55/80/105/130 points of blood, this is also the cost (in blood) of using Blood Bath. 18/17/16/15/14 second cooldown, 1.5 second channel.

E (parasitic cloud) (skill-shot, slow moving): costs 40/50/60/70/80 blood, 27/25/23/21/19 second cooldown. Lintah uses the blood he has siphoned to feed parasites in his own body. Lintah can regurgitate these parasites in a cloud of blood vapor that heads towards a targeted location, the radius of which increases as Lintah's max hp increases. Enemies hit are infected with burrowing parasites, taking damage every second equal to 20/30/40/50/60 + 35% ap as magic damage for 5 seconds. The radius of the projectile is 100 + 5% max hp.

Passive: if an enemy infected by the parasites is hit by siphon (Q), that target becomes affected by grievous wounds for the rest of the duration of parasitic cloud. If the enemy infected by the parasites enters blood bath (W) then the infection duration is extended by 2.5 seconds.

R (Frenzy): Lintah gains 30% movespeed and siphoning tentacles sprout from his body attaching to all enemies with a radius of 300/400/500 units. deals damage equal to Siphon (Q) and can prock the fear interaction if an enemy hit is inected by E. Cooldown is 120/105/90 seconds costs 30% of max "blood".

Lintah's stats Hp: 430 + 80 per level | Hp regen: 5.5 + 0.7 per level Armor: 27 + 4 per level | magic resist: 28 + 1.1 per level Movement speed: 340 | Attack damage: 49 + 3.5 per level Attack speed: 0.640 + 1.7%

I am adding a new addition to Lintah's passive to create some counterplay in the form of harass, basically so that if you harass Lintah enough he can't use his abilities as often, especially for the early game.

changed E so that damage is magic damage instead of true damage and scales with ap instead of max hp. E passive was changed so that Q and E interaction creates greivous wounds instead of fear. W was changed to reduce "blood" cost.
