Appearance

A Brown squirrel with black stripes and a bandit mask over his eyes. Runs on all fours (like twitch with homeguards), but stands up to attack. Throws acorns for auto attacks and has a pouch of acorns on his back.

Passive - Acorns!

Every 30 Seconds, Cliffy stores a Large Acorn, up to a max of 3. If Cliffy has an Acorn, his next basic attack will throw it, dealing 125% AD damage.

Q - Chestnut! | 30/35/40/45/50 Mana | 10/9/8/7/6 Second CD

Cliffy throws a large Chestnut in a line that bursts open on the first unit hit, dealing 65/110/155/210/255 (+1.0 Bonus AD) Physical Damage in a 375 unit radius.

W - Mine! | 70 Mana | 22/20/18/16/14 Second CD

Cliffy inhales the air in front of him for the next 1.25 seconds, storing the first projectile that he inhales in his mouth. If Cliffy has a projectile in his mouth, he is slowed by 30% and gains access to "Don't Want It!" for up to 6 seconds. If he doesn't use "Don't Want It!" by the end of the duration, he consumes the projectile, healing himself for 50/75/100/125/150 (+70% AP)

W - Don't Want It! | No Cost |

Cliffy spits the same projectile back, dealing the same damage it would have dealt to Cliffy before Armor and Magic Resist.

E - Jump Kick! | 60 Mana | 12/11.5/11/10.5/10 Second CD

Cliffy leaps for 425 units. If there was an enemy unit or wall within 225 units behind him, he Propels himself off of it, dealing 80/120/160/200/240 (+0.8 AD) Physical Damage if it is an enemy unit and leaping for double the range.

R - Let's Go Nuts! | 100 Mana | 120/110/100 Second CD _ Passive - Increases the max cap of "Acorns!" by 1/2/3_

Active - For the next 5/6/7 Seconds, Cliffy gains 30/50/70% attack speed and his Large Acorns will ignore 40/60/80% of armor.

Info

Cliffy is a Burst ADC, and is the Cat Burglar in Caitlyn's lore.

Honestly, despite much if its simplicity... This is a good champion. Here's a few critiques, though:

Passive: Honestly, this is a bit too simplistic. Maybe add a bonus effect of splash damage or something and boost the damage overall, since it has such a long recharge rate. Also, I'd reduce the recharge to at least 20 seconds, just so you could more readily have access to akey component of his kit.

Q: It's like a Mega Gnar Q, but worse. And honestly, with the rest of the kit, it doesn't make much sense. I'd rework this so it could still be a poking ability, but make it something a little more fresh.

W: Aside from the fact that he holds it in for 6 seconds, this is pretty balanced, so long as he doesn't apply the crowd control or give it the same range. If it's just the damage at a set range (say 1150 units) then this is a good ability, granted that you give a shorter window to spit it out, say 3 seconds.

E: Again, similar to Gnar, but seemingly based more around getting away from the enemy, allowing him to kite a lot easier. I'd tone down the AD scaling, or maybe even make it an AP scaling since this is an ability used mostly for utility.

Ult: Generally underwhelming, but there's potential for things to get broken. You're basically making his basic attacks do True Damage for the next few seconds, which is a major no-go seeing as there's also a massive AS bonus. If you want a giant damage steroid, instead just increase the damage dealt by acorns for the duration, don't make them ignore resistances.

Lore: Um... Not really giving a Piltie Master Thief vibe, there... More of a small-time criminal that's trying to make it big with what little he has. Kinda like Robin Hood and less like Ocean's Eleven. If you want master thief, don't have them throw acorns.

These are just opinions, but I hope you take what I have to offer into account! I'm sure you'll make great champs in no time!
