The Tank Buster [Vayne Ability Kit Concept]

Help Vayne get through the laning phase somewhat consistently. This is not winning the early game.

Focus on her tank busting element even further and reduce her threat against squishies, meaning we can then help her out in some of her weaker areas since she moves away from assassin and more towards tank busting.

Make Vayne more unique and force play around Silver Bolts for her damage, right now silver bolts are an added benefit but she just plays the same as every other marksman (this is her main issue is because of the lack of unique gameplay shining through, so others just do her job better than her - why pick Vayne when Varus has more range, wave clear, poke, burst, and utility for one example).

Silver Bolts (Passive):
Vayne's attacks apply a Silver Bolt for 4 seconds to the last target attacked, once the target receives 3 Silver Bolts then they are dealt 4% - 12% (+3% per 100AP) of their maximum health as bonus true damage.
Vayne's attacks cannot deal bonus critical damage and instead will apply an additional Silver Bolt to her target when the attack critically strikes.
Tumble (Q): Cooldown: 12/10/8/6/4 seconds; Cost: 30 mana; Range: 300 / 700 units
Vayne tumbles in the target direction, firing a shot to a nearby enemy upon arrival, dealing 30/35/40/45/50(+20%AD) true damage to the closest enemy or prioritizing the target with at least one Silver Bolt on them and applying Silver Bolts against the target, this can critically strike.
Damaging an enemy from Tumble reduces its cooldown by 50%.
Night Wall (W): Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8 seconds; Cost: 65/70/75/80/85 mana; Range: 900 units / 45 degrees
Vayne summons a shadow in the target direction that grows larger as it travels, dealing 60/90/120/150/180(+90%AP) magic damage to struck enemies, creating a shadow wall at the end of its range that acts as impassable terrain for enemies for 1.5 seconds.
This deals double damage against minions below 40% health. Every execute by Night Wall restores 30/35/40/45/50 mana and refunds 2 seconds from the cooldown, up to 60/70/80/90/100 mana restored and 4 seconds refunded.
Condemn (E): Cooldown: 18/16/14/12/10 seconds; Cost: 90 mana; Range: 550 units
Vayne fires a heavy bolt at the target enemy, knocking it back 550 range and dealing 30/45/60/75/90(+25%AD) true damage and applying one Silver Bolt. If the target is knocked into terrain, then they are stunned for 1.25 seconds and is dealt double damage.
Final Hour (R): Cooldown: 110/90/70 seconds; Cost: 100 mana
Vayne enhances herself and her abilities for the next 8 seconds.
~ Gain 60/90/120(+25%AP) bonus movement speed towards visible enemy champions. ~ Tumble grants invisibility for 0.5 second and deals 10/20/30(+10%AD) bonus true damage. ~ Night Wall spreads out 60/75/90 degrees. ~ Condemn stun duration is increased by an additional 0.25/0.5/0.75 second.
