Lenny, the Hero of Space and Time
Lenny is a vastaya that has a strong resemblance to a frog that is around yordle size, with purple fur all over that is great to get around the water quickly with his powerful hind legs and he even has a (very aerodynamic) big and fluffy fox-like tail that is much longer, acts almost like a ship's rudder to help him steer and navigate as he swims at extreme speeds.
Actual lore for Lenny may come later! Right now let's just say he has a dark and mysterious past because #memes... but Lulu may or may not have a crush on Lenny for obvious reasons!
Lenny is a sudo-melee and ranged champion, he will be treated as a ranged champion (base stats) with a melee basic attack (items) because he plays like a marksman thanks to his passive, but it does place him in melee range while attacking creating a more risky play style than what marksmen are used to. Also he uses a very large great sword instilled with magic on top of his own very powerful magic in order to wield the thing, otherwise small and weak frog-like creature will never be able to lift a sword that weighs over 270 kg (~600 lbs)!

Time Jump (Passive): Range: 600 units Whenever Lenny goes in to attack a target outside of his attack range he instantly jumps to attack the target within range, but cannot move, when commanded to stop attacking the target or the target moves out of range then he returns to his original location. Movement commands will also cause Lenny to stop attacking the target and return to his original location.
Lenny can chain jump to other targets from his current target, but no matter how many times he chain jumps he returns to his original location if he stops attacking or the target moves out of range.
Additionally, Lenny heals for 3/4/5/6%(+2% per 100AP) missing health on-hit (max 40 vs monsters).
Time Leap (Q): Cooldown: 6/5/4/3/2 seconds; Cost: 30 mana Can only be cast during Time Jump.
Active: Lenny instantly jumps to the opposite side of his current target. If the next basic attack hits his target from behind then it deals 20% bonus true damage.
False Return (W): Cooldown: 20/17/14/11/8 seconds; Cost: 65 mana Can only be cast during Time Jump.
Active: Lenny returns to his original location for 1 second, if he gets attacked or struck by an ability during this time then he blocks it and jumps back to his current target increasing all damage for his next basic attack by 20/25/30/35/40%.
Lenny jumps back to his current target after 1 second if he does not block an attack or ability.
Heroic Sweep (E): Cooldown: 14/13/12/11/10 seconds; Cost: 50 mana; Range: 400 units Lenny spins around in a circle with his sword knocking back struck enemies 600 units while dealing 6/7/8/9/10%(+3% per 100AP) maximum health as physical damage (max 400 vs monsters).
Limit Breaker (R): Cooldown: 140/100/60 seconds; Cost: 70 mana Passive: Lenny deals 4/5/6%(+2% per 100AP) current health as bonus magic damage on-hit (max 60 vs monsters). Healing on-hit increased by 1/2/3% missing health.
Active: Lenny multiplies his bonus attack speed by 5 times and removes his attack speed cap for the next 5 seconds.
