Brex The Paladan (champion concept)

So I know we just got a brand new support champion Rakan , however I was brainstorming and I came up with this cool idea for a AD juggernaut style support champion.

Base Stats: Health: 463 (+112 per level) Health Regen: 1.10 (+ 1.77 per level) Mana: 320 (+48 per level) Mana Regen: 10 (+ .60 per level) Range: 225

Attack Damage: 42 (+5 per level) Attack speed: 0.655 (+3% per level) Armor: 0 (+ 0 per level) Magic resist: 0 (+0 per level) Move speed: 350

(Note the very low base AD with the high scaling)

Passive: Brex converts armor, magic resist, and ability power into holy power. (Brex does not gain armor, magic resist, or ability power) 2 armor = 1 holy power 2 magic resist = 1 holy power 4 ability power = 1_ holy power_

Brex starts with a base of 20_ holy power_

Holy power reduces damage taken based on how much holy power Brex has. (Damage reduction is calculated the same way as armor and magic resist) Brex also gains 1 AD for every 2_ Holy power_ he has.

Q: Refracting Shield: 1st cast: Brex throws his shield (skillshot) a range of 600 stopping at the first champion hit, Enemy or Ally. (If it misses it dissapears) This deals a small amount of **magic damage **to enemies and it gives Ally's damage reduction for a short duration.

2nd cast: Brex dashes to his shield stunning enemies and dealing Physical damage as well as % health damage (based on holy power). If dashing to an ally damage they take for 2 seconds is dealt to Brex instead.

W: Blinding light: Passive: Gain 4/8/12/16/20 % additional Holy Power

Active: Brex shields a nearby ally (scaling from Holy Power) and himself for 2 seconds. (Brex cannot self target) If Brex and the ally touch then a light erupts from them causing enemies to lose vision of Brex and his ally. (think graves smokescreen)

E: Passive: The light within: Brex auto attacks against champions and epic monsters heal himself and nearby allies for 5/10/15/20/25 (+25% Holy Power)

Active: Holy shock: Brex next auto attack knocks all nearby enemies back and deals physical damage. Brex and nearby allies are healed for 100% of the damage dealt.

R: Passive: Brex gains 10/20/30% movement speed and tenacity

Active: Holy ground: Brex ignites the ground beneath him in a huge radius for 8 seconds. While standing on the holy ground allies take 20/30/40% less damage and are immune to crowd control effects and slows.

The ult might be a little too much maybe swap out one for damage boost or maybe AS boost

for the e good idea but instead of 100% make it scale with level and holy power

This champ sounds retardedly op but I like the concepts, maybe don't give him 4 passive find a way to condense that?

I would say just scrap holy power. Any abilities that transfers one form of scaling to another is just a beast to balance, or takes up way 2 much power budget.

From this what I can imagine is a build along the lines of: item 3157 70/45 item 3102 70/60 item 3060 60/30 item 3091 40 item 3512 55/55 item 3124 up top 74

For about 53 from ap 172 from resistance. This + 20 from bace gives about 245... Beyond that you would get consistantly stacking from Wits for more mr/holy and rageblade speed buffs.

What you would have is a champion who gets the best actives of most items, but none of the statistical disadvantages because this gives a high holy count or high "resistance" free ad (About 125ish average) along with the rageblade buff. High attack speed & basically unkillable because of the E passive. Beyond that you have basically max CDR from this (I think) & you could easily swap out one of the items with a spirit visage for more hp... I think the holy idea honestly thematicly fitting as it is needs to be scrapped. It's generaly speaking very hard to balance this sort of thing. E.G. Ryze, Old Rammus, Vlad, Malphite, old Galio. Because it's lack luster and honestly too abusable build wise.
