There isn't much they could do with him that wouldn't just be a recolor.
I can think of one that would be pretty cool though:
Junkyard Zac
He'd be like a robot made out of scrap metal, his blobs would just be piles of scrap, his passive would release four little scrap robots with gears for wheels and such. A lot of clank-clank sounds, maybe a voice that sounds like it's coming through a drive-through speaker.
Not sure what other kinds of skins you could make for him that wouldn't just be a recolor or just putting some clothes on him (which would more than likely end up looking weird when stretched around).
