Seriously, I hope this is last hextech exclusive skin we see in 2017,don't get me wrong I'm not saying they are thrash but I think they should be on the same level as legendary skins I mean they are 200$+ worth,because this is getting ridiculous.

And also I'm sure there are alot of hecarim one tricks out there who want to have every skin for hecarim,just like i wanted dreadnova darius and I had to kill my wallet for it. But my point is these skins shouldn't come so often,it's been 3 months since dreadnova darius.

Hextech exclusive skins should also have different voice then original base model. 1350RP skins have this feature,maybe some even with price of 975RP although i'm not sure 100%.

Please no more exclusive skins this year.

So far we've only seen two a year.

MAR-15-2016: Hextech Annie

JUN-29-2016: Soulstealer Vayne

APR-13-2017: Dreadnova Darius

AUG 11th 2017: Lancer Zero Hecarim (about there)

So I'm pretty sure we won't see any more in 2017.

Hmm. Only 1820s have brand new voices. Some other tiers do have a few different lines at times but they were generally recorded when the champion was recorded.
