Zed Base HP increased from 584 to 630 AD per level increased from 3.4 to 4 Attack speed per level increased from 2.1 to 3

Those are Nexus Blitz specific balance changes that for some reason are showing up in other modes on the PBE today. Someone moved some data to the wrong place basically.
I just dont know why they are buffing akali though.

Zed is one of the worst mid laners. Especially in higher elo. His abilities have an insane amount of counterplay in terms of items and everything else. U can play a mage against him build tabis + seeker and he will do no damage. If you think im talking bullshit: LL Stylish attacking a kassadin with tabi + seeker, 2 levels above him and didnt do half of his hp in damage even tho he hit 2 qs, 2 basics e and deathmark pop. Stop thinking that zed is overpowered just because you cant build properly.

builds out of that and is the ultimate zed cockblock too.
Mages/ADCs have to have a counter or else these classes would be out of control, assassins are that counter and their only job is to do burst damage. You want them to not be able to do their only job?

Yeah and you know what Phreak said about AD Assassin in general especially Zed? Nobody likes playing against Zed thats why he has such a high Banrate, his winrate should be kept low for the sake of League Health. It's ok for brand to have a high winrate because you can kill him. But Zed? Don't even try.
Not really sure why we are changing base stats again this season.
Clearly OP just doesn't have a PC.
