Imagine Draven in full circus clown get up complete with red nose and face paint.(Still got his mustache of course)

Instead of axes he is juggling pins. When ever he activates Q a scaled back version of the tune between (0:13-0:50)begins to play. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_B0CyOAO8y0 (From instrumental appropriately named Entry of the Gladiators) Slow at first, but then scaling with his attack speed (as opposed to the song length). So the more axes(juggling pins) you catch and the more you pop bloodlust, the faster it plays. (You could of course turn it off with an emote like the new sona skin). When he gets a kill instead of cheers it could be laughter. When he catches an opposing Dravens Axe it could play the clown nose honk sound. Lastly his ult could be a clown car that drives and returns. You could also work a clown car into his recall animation, as it pulls up and Draven jumps in.
