Loú'loú the land shark (Ozhirim )

Role: tank, support Lane: any Base health:450 Resources: mana, health Reliance: Abilities Mobility: average Utility: medium ----high Crowd control:Medium ---high Damage type: mixed Toughness: medium

More of a jungle champion but usable in all lanes. After playing Cho Garth in season 7 before his update I thought of a champion that could be better slightly.

> Play style roam use your q to close distance your w to isolate targets and your e as the make or break timing is everything here cuz your playing with your life literally and your R as the big utility dive to escape damage and become aggressive time well to deal massive damage and make an opening.

Move set:

[Passive] >Gluttony; increases in size and gains max hp by eating enimes and neutral monsters also ignores unit collision

>[Basic] bladed edges: Lou'lou has no auto attacks but deals ad damage to all enemies while he is moving within 60 unit proximity.

[Q] >Blade rush; charges forward 600 units dealing 60/90/120/160/190 +40% ad And shreds armor. Submerged; crates a wave during movement dealing 40/60/80/100/120+40% Ad and knocking up targets affected by the wave for 3 secs.

[W] >Water prison; blows a bubble that travels forward trapping enemy champions and dealing 40% AP as overtime damage for the remaining duration of the bubble; lasts 10 secs traveling straight until they pop or capture a target. 40% AP is dealt instantly as splash damage when a bubble pops without capturing a target slowing units within 300 units of the bubble but deals remaining value of the 40% to trapped champions and surroundings. Bubbles can be popped by projectiles and are targetable, they can also body block and are usable while submerged but do not travel, they can however be moved or redirected by push type abilities (eg Janna's cyclone ect).

[E] >Wide wave; creats a wave traveling straight globally dealing 40/80/100/ 140/160 and expending 20%max hp and size as AP damage, this is chargeable for 3 ranks to increase the arc size and amount of hp spent and the speed of the wave ( maximum hp spendable 60%, fastest travel is 60%, arc size rank 1 blue wave is 20°, green 40° and white 60° respectively) 5 sec cooldown doubles each rank. Submerged, deals 20,40,60% current hp but travels 1400 units and slows enemies while speeding up allies affected slow and speed are directly proportional to the hp% consumed (20,40,60% slow).

[R] >Ground dive/Breach; dives into the ground becoming untargetable by enemy autos and projectiles and is able to roam while submerged but is vulnerable to AOEs and shockwaves (eg, Cho'garth's stomp, Poppy's slam, Riven's shockwave and Soroka's Starfall, etc) lasts 30 secs, recastable to breach. Breaching; hold to create a target circle at current location where Loú'loú leap's out of the ground gobbling anything in the circle and landing with a slam in a wider area. > Gobble, deals 80/120/260+ 10%ad and gains max hp increase per consumed target (10 per minion 15 for small monsters 50 for large monsters and 80 for champions). >Slam; deals 60%max hp as damage to 600 unit area but 20% damage and stuns enemies outside within 800 unit area for 4secs 2min cooldown after breaching.

Ok so in other words use his q to get close and deal damage by moving around near enemies, use the w to snear and isolate enemies, you can use them as mines as well or set up a chock, use the e to detonate the bubbles for global takedowns or combo with your r to really get the kill R is a utility move but deals massive damage when held down to breach so it's like first r to dive moving freely second r to surface short CD and hold to breach for the damage.

Despite being able to attack while moving sounds broken, it is pretty hard to get within 60 units of something. Teemo has a diameter of 100 units, he is among the smallest champion.

But that's probably not even the biggest problem. This guy (girl? hard to tell) isn't the most tanky champion, which means it would be pratically impossible for him to get onto a champion without being autoed to death by minions during a gank/roam (teamfight? the outcome would be needless to say).

Before giving any suggestions, I want to talk a little about the %max hp cost and damage


max hp spent 60%

There are close to none abilities in this game that cost % max hp, and it's for good reasons.

  1. You don't want to kill yourself
  2. You don't want to kill yourself
  3. You don't want to kill yourself

lol, personally I think % current hp will be much healthier for lou'lou.

Em, I don't like saying this, but his ult is kind of like Rek'sai's w. How about making his entire ultimate a big passive? Something like:

Ground Dive: After casting an ability, Loú'loú dives into the ground, becoming untargetable by enemy autos and projectiles and is able to move while submerged. He(She?) is vulnerable to AOEs and shockwaves (eg, Cho'garth's stomp, Poppy's slam, Riven's shockwave and Soroka's Starfall, etc) lasts 3/5/7 secs. 20 seconds cooldown, refreshed among takedowns (kill/assist).

Being damaged (ignoring DoT), casting an ability, or attempting to auto will disable the "submerge effect." While submerged, Loú'loú's auto attack turns into Gobble, which deals 80/120/260+ 10% AD in a 200 radius and gains max hp increase per consumed target (5 per minion 7 for small monsters 15 for large monsters and 40 for champions).

How about this? I thought it might be cool to have a passive as an ultimate (that you can only unlock after level 6).

By the way isn't this the creature you suggested in your map concept?
