Recommended runes: GP10, armor marks, MR glyphs. Recommended masteries: +15 movement in bush/river. Recommended build: Healthstone into sighstone, sweeping lens.
Strategy: stand in bush near dragon for the first 20 minutes of the game. Ward for incoming enemies, and sweep over yourself if they look like they're moving toward your bush. 20:01 back, and move to baron bush. Reach baron bush by 26:00; repeat dragon strategy.
