Exploration [An Utility Mastery Tree Concept]
This is just for fun and is creating a mastery page all about vision and map roaming. I will give 3 keystones and 9 normal masteries to follow, going from top to bottom.
KEYSTONE TIER:
Scouting Bird: Upon standing still for 2.5 seconds without performing other actions, your next right-click will send a bird to the target location revealing a large area around it as it travels, upon reaching its location it will perch there for 8 seconds revealing a small area around it. Move 50% - 120% faster towards the perched bird, picking the bird back up will refund the cooldown by 75%.
Range: 4000 units Cooldown: 240 - 120 seconds
Woodland Run: Moving in the same direction without taking sharp turns grants Momentum, up to 100 Momentum, gaining up to 60 bonus movement speed based on your current Momentum. At 100 Momentum, gain Spirit of the Fox until you stop your movement or break your Momentum.
Spirit of the Fox: Gain 10% bonus movement speed and upon stopping your movement or breaking your Momentum then you send a Fox Spirit in the direction you are facing, dealing 40 - 120 (+40%bAD) (+30%AP) magic damage to struck enemies and applying True Sight for 4 seconds.
Range: 600 units Time to Receive Max Momentum: 12 - 4 seconds
Crow Strike: A crow flies around you, attacking a nearby enemy champion that is under stealth or inside brush, dealing 20 - 60 (+15%bAD) (+10%AP) adaptive damage and applying True Sight for 1.5 seconds. The crow cannot attack again until it returns back to you.
Range: 600 units
MASTERY TIER 3:
Wanderer: Gain 15% bonus movement while in the river or out of combat for 5 seconds. Doubles to 30% while in the river and out of combat for 5 seconds.
Bird Eye's View: While out of combat for 8 seconds, see into brush and past terrain 500 - 1000 units around you.
Brush Blazer: Gain 15% bonus movement speed while inside brush. This lingers for 1.5 seconds upon exiting brush.
MASTERY TIER 2:
Ward Duration: Increase the duration of your wards by 20 - 60 additional seconds. Gain 25% increased cast range for your wards and trinkets.
Ward Durability: Your wards gain 1 additional hit to destroy. Heal for 20 - 40 (+1%health) (+10%AP) health upon laying down or destroying a ward, 20 seconds cooldown.
Increased Ward Cap: Increase your ward cap to 4 instead of 3 and gold items carry 1 additional ward charge upon quest completion. Gain 25% cooldown reduction for your trinkets.
MASTERY TIER 1:
Glowing Sword: Your basic attacks apply sight on the target for 1.5 seconds, 2.5 seconds for melee attacks.
Glowing Spellbook: Your abilities apply sight on struck targets for 4 seconds.
Glowing Body: Upon standing still for 1.5 seconds, increase your sight radius by 25% - 50%.
UPDATE NOTES:
Crow Strike: Removed 20% increased sight radius, attacking stealth or brush enemies and applying true sight against them is already a strong enough effect as is.
Bird Eye's View: Out of combat requirement increased to 8 seconds from 5 seconds. If the enemy forces the target to be in combat then there is a longer window of downtime before the sight effect takes place and makes the user to put in more effort to get the vision, especially junglers where if they want the sight effect then they need to consciously achieve it rather than get it just from going camp to camp.
Ward Durability: Added the effect of getting the heal from destroying a [enemy] ward in addition to placing a ward.
