As much as it could be funny for some people, it should not be brought into League.

As for the choices they used to target with who they wanted....

Actually, pretty sure when there was the story bit with gangplank a few years back I am fairly sure that one of the men tried getting a little handsy and she shot him.... or stomped his hand with high heels or something. You are overthinking this. If the goal is to have a Panty skin, then Miss Fortune makes sense as a pick, not because of this whole sex thing (that Miss Fortune is sexualised helps too, tho), but because she fits best for Panty when it comes to appearance plus weapon choice.

It will most likely not happen, since I think that Panty and Stockings are not popular enough in all for Riot to make a clear reference for them. But come on, no reason to be a kill joy here. Miss Fortune makes the most sense as a pick for Panty here hypothetically.

Would be easier to just make a Goth Katarina and Suave(as opposites to debonair) Miss Fortune. and then loosely base them around panty and stocking's outfits.
