[Champion Concept] Grimance, the Phantom Knight

Passive - Knight's Order > When Grimance kills an enemy unit, a Skullington flies towards the nearest enemy champion, dealing 3 (+1 Per Level) True Damage. > If no enemy champion are around, up to 5 Skullingtons will surround Grimance until he comes within range of an enemy champion.

Q - Null Blade | 16/15/14/13/12 Second CD | 60/65/70/75/80 Mana > Grimance lashes his Sword in a target direction, dealing 20/30/40/50/60 (+1.0 AD) in Physical Damage and applying Phantom Fear to the last enemy champion hit. > Grimance may recast Null Blade within the next 4 seconds if it hits an enemy champion, teleporting him behind the person who had been applied Phantom Fear, removing the effect but fearing that enemy champion for 1 second.

W - Shadow Command | 25 Second CD | 60/70/80/90/100 Mana > Passive: Skullingtons deal 2x damage. > > Active: Grimance commands a target Siege minion for 10 Seconds. During this time, that Siege minion stays in place but will fire Skullingtons at enemy champion that come within range. The passive portion of this ability is lost when on cooldown.

E - Strength in Fear | 14 Second CD | 30/40/50/60/70 Mana > Grimance gains 20/30/40/50/60% attack speed for 6 Seconds. During this time, every 5th auto will also fear the enemy for 0.75 Seconds.

R - Phantom Force | 130/115/100 Second CD | 125/150/175 Mana > Grimance becomes one with the shadows, becoming invincible and untargetable for up to 3/4/5 seconds. He may recast this ability at any time to burst back into reality, dealing 150/300/450 (+1.0 AP) Magic Damage and fearing nearby enemies for 1.5 seconds.
