Sort of like Pre-Void Kassadin, but pre-death Urgot.

Give him 2 legs, make him somewhat built (for the hitbox whiners), have a crossbow in one hand for his aa and maybe have him throw a poison vial or something for his E. Q's could be bigger bolts he uses for his crossbow?
