Lore: During the time of the Watchers, when the world was still young and cold, Lissandra and her masters imprisoned any of the immortal Iceborn who would speak out against their masters. Isabrot was one such Iceborn, a warrior who fought with the fury of a blizzard and with the wrath of a storm. His dedication to battle was so fanatical, he bound his true ice hammer to his very being, forgetting where it ended and he began. Locked away deep beneath the snow and ice of the Freljord, he was awakened by the smell of blood and the feeling of a titanic battle between two warriors like himself. Tryndamere and Olaf were dueling miles above his prison but the sound of true warriors battling invigorated him enough to shatter his chains and claw his way to the surface. With his hammer eternally in hand, this frozen titan seeks a worthy battle.

Abilities: Passive - Frozen Shackles Your basic attacks and abilities apply a 10% slow initially, stacking 5 times with each subsequent basic attack or ability, increasing the slow by 5% for each stack (10%/15%/20%/25%/30%) lasting 1 second to targets hit. If a target with 5 stacks is struck by a basic attack or ability, they will be snared for 1 second.

Q - Storm Strike
Range:100 Radius: 350 Cooldown: 15/14/13/12/11 Cost: 60/55/50/45/40 Active: Slam your hammer to the ground, dealing physical aoe damage (70 / 95 / 120 / 145 / 170 (+ 70% bonus AD) and leaving a short storm at the impact area, dealing periodic magic damage to enemy champions in the area for 5 seconds. Only 1 enemy champion can be struck at a time. Prioritizes low health targets. (Lightning Strike Damage: 50 / 100 / 150 (+ 30% AP). Avatar form - Radius increased to 700 Duration increased to 8 seconds

W - Lightening Leap
Range: 400 Radius: 250 Cooldown: 20/18/16/14/12 Cost: 80/90/100/110/120

Passive: Gain a cloak of lightening, dealing 15 (+5% of your current health) to nearby enemies. Radius: 150 Active: Leap to a target location, dealing magic damage to all enemies caught in the radius. Avatar form - Targets at the center (Radius: 100) will be stunned for 1.5 seconds.

E- Frozen Fury Range 600 Cooldown: 10 / 9.5 / 9 / 8.5 / 8 Cost: 30/50/70/90/110 Active: Nearby allies gain 10 (+10% of your armor) as bonus armor for 8 seconds. Additionally, allies basic attacks will apply your passive for the duration. Avatar Form: Allies basic attacks against targets with 5 stacks will consume the stacks, snaring the target for 1 second.

R - Avatar of the Blizzard Range: N/A Radius: 300 Cost: 100 Cooldown: 100/80/60
Assume the Avatar of the Blizzard form, gaining increased size, movespeed (+50%/75%/100%) for 1.5 seconds, and a slowing aura (25%/30%/35%). Abilities will gain bonus effects while in this form. Lasts 8 seconds.
