Milily - The master of the grappling hook [Champion's suggestion] [Game Mechanics] [Concept]

- Initial considerations: Milily was created with the intention of being an adcarry with a lot of mobility and utensils, I thought of her as a climber who always wants to climb higher and higher and go ever further, going through innumerable troubles and difficulties, and therefore she's not only needs grappling hooks, but as utensils and personal defense weapons. Milily was based on the Maracaja cat, an animal of the Amazon region that is in danger of extinction. - Skills:
Passive - Emergency: Milily has 6 shots on her harpoon-shotgun. Suffering damage while loading will cause her to fire a flare gunat in the first enemy that attacks her, burning him and dealing damage over time.
Q - Grappling Hook: When activated the first time, Milily fires a Grappling Hook that attaches to a wall, activating again will cause Milily to move towards the wall. NOTE: She can still attack and use skills while moving. The Grappling Hook has a maximum distance, throwing the Grappling Hook on a wall too far will not do anything.
W - HA!cket: Milily lights her rocket, if she is on the ground, the rocket will advance in a straight line and explode on the first hit enemy (obviously he will explode after a while). If she uses HA!cket with the Grappling Hook connected, it will propel her quickly into an arc. Releasing the Grappling Hook during the path will allow Milily to continue flying for x time straight. If Milily takes too long to get off the rocket (by pressing the skill again), or it crashes into the wall during the arc, it will explode and deal damage to her.
E - Mililusion While Milily is on the ground, she can place traps on the walls that will fire projectiles in a straight line in the direction they are placed. There will be ropes on the ground that, if crossed by enemies, will activate the traps (the projectiles do damage based on her basic attack). Using Mililusion while you have a Grappling Hook activated will drop a bomb into your current position while using the Grappling Hook. NOTE: Traps can be destroyed by enemies.
R - No-idea-for-name: Milily holds a rope in two points. It can connect itself to an ally and be dragged or can connect one enemy to another, preventing them from moving away from each other, also having the possibility of connecting the enemy to a wall, preventing it from advancing beyond the extension of the rope by x seconds. NOTE: She can still shoot and use other abilities while chained to an ally.
- Final considerations: Would it be more balanced if she could not attack while activating Grappling Hook? Initially I got the idea of her being able to climb walls or something (since she is a climber), but I put so much mobility into her and so much interesting skill that I think it would only leave her very unbalanced. I also had the idea that in the last shot of the shotgun, she would shoot a harpoon with rope, which would denounce (not reveal) the enemy champion's position in a brush or during invisibility. It would be like "fishing", since you would only see the string moving in the bush or something like that heheheh. At first, I told that I wanted to make her a mountain climber, but any story would be interesting, she could be a spy, a thief, a yordle scientist with numerous accoutrements that were initially created to move cargo, but as they did not have enough power to lift something , she used it for secondary purposes.
