[Rework Suggestions] [Game Mechanics] Rammus

Passive - The Best Defense is the Attack: Activating abilities will allow Rammus to return the damage from basic attacks he underwent for some seconds.

Q - Lacerating Acceleration: While loading this skill, Rammus will stop and spin on his own axis to achieve acceleration, the more he accelerates, the greater the distance to be run by him. As he charges this ability, his prickly body will throw rocks off the ground, sending random projectiles that will do damage. Enemies that get too close to him while this ability charges will also suffer damage. Upon colliding with enemies during the course, Rammus will stop immediately, giving knockup on the enemy hit. If enemies are hit by the sides of Rammus will be pushed and Rammus will gradually decelerate.

W - Teasing Opponents: Rammus shows his vulnerabilities to his opponents, losing magic resist/armor and gaining speed of movement, as well as being unable to use other abilities. If Rammus activates this ability again at the time he receives damage from a skill, the skill will be blocked and the enemy who has cast the ability will receive Provocation. After the period of vulnerability, Rammus retracts into his armored shell, gaining a shield based on magical armor/magic resistance.

E - Seismic Impact: Rammus generates an earthquake in an area around him, causing slowness to the affected enemies. If Rammus uses Seismic Impact after Lacerating Acceleration, Rammus will leap and collide on the ground with a titanic force, raising enemies near the center and increasing the area of slowness.

R - Armadillo-ball Festival: Passive: Basic Rammus attacks deal additional magical damage based on your armor. Rammus will be extremely excited and will only move with Lacerating Acceleration, however, will no longer collide with units and will not give them Knockup. Teasing Opponents cannot be used and Seismic Impact has its recharge time reduced considerably. NOTE: I named it "festival" because in the lore of league of legends has said that in Shurima there is a festival in honor of Rammus (he must be a really cool guy tho).
Alternative Ult:
- R - Armadillo-ball Festival: Rammus will jump on enemy champions, alternating between stunning and jerks. He will jump on enemy champions for x times. NOTE: No matter how "goofy" this ultimate seems, it seems to me much more fun and interesting than the previous one, now which is the best for team fights? Well, I can't really tell hehehe
