Blade of the Isles +15% Attack Speed +80 Ability Power Unique Passive: Gain 20% decaying movement speed for 3 seconds after taking 30% maximum health damage in 3 seconds. Unique: Isles Curse - Your damaging spells heal you for 20% of damage done over 5 seconds.

We lack spell vamp items, imagine what this could do for mages like Lux. This is a reverse death's dance for mages, also allowing easy slip away escapes. I see this working best on Galio or Fiddlesticks.

If Galio lands his ult in the correct position, he can enter and heal from all the units he has affected. This would allow him to dive in even with 60~75% health and gain it back in time. It'll act as a massive Soraka Q.

If Fiddlestick's drain is cut off, he'll still regenerate health equal to the amount of damage he did put in. This also allows him to heal drastically with his ultimate and his E.
