[REWORK CONCEPT] Volibear, the Thunder's Roar

Since there is a lot of demand for a Voli Gameplay Update or even a Full Relaunch, I had been sketching an idea of what a furious god of storm would be like. This version emphasizes his Juggernautish feeling of maul-what-you-can while bringing him more interactivity and kit coerency.

Passive: When Volibear reaches 30% HP, he becomes enraged. While enraged, Voli gains 30~70% Attack speed, and his abilities are empowered, for 3 seconds. The duration is refreshed when he’s in combat.

CD: 30~10 seconds (based on level)

Q: The next 3 attacks will deal bonus magic damage per hit, and the third hit will stun the enemy for 0.75 seconds. If Volibear hasn’t used any of the empowered attacks in 2 seconds, he can consume the buff to send a thunderbolt in the target direction to deal magic damage and stun for 1.5 s the first enemy it encounters

ENRAGED: The third hit will instead stun every enemy target near Volibear, and the thunderbolt has increased range.

Magic damage onhit: 30/45/60/75/90 (+50% AP) (+25% AD) Magic damage thunderbolt: 80/110/140/170/200 (+80% AP)(+100% AD) Thunderbolt range: 700 (1200 when Enraged) Duration: 4 seconds CD: 10/9/8/7/6 after the buff ends

W: Volibear’s fourth basic attack allows him to activate this ability. Volibear bites a target, dealing physical damage and debuffing them . Debuffed targets cannot cc Volibear.

ENRAGED: The ability can be activated anytime, the four attacks are not required.

Damage: 90/120/150/180/210 (+12%(+1% per 250 HP) of target’s missing HP) Debuff duration: 3/3.5/4/4.5/5 CD: 10 s

E: After a brief delay (0.5 s), Volibear roars, dealing magic damage to nearby enemies, fearing minions and monsters for 3 seconds and slowing enemy champions for 1.5 seconds. Enemy champions that are stunned are also feared for 1.5 seconds.

ENRAGED: The roar will deal bonus magic damage.

Damage: 80/115/150/185/220 (+60% AP) Slow: 50% Bonus magic damage: 30~130 (+10% of Voli’s missing HP) Radius: 350 CD: 13/12/11/10/9

R: Volibear will drop to four legs, gaining movespeed which will increase continuously when moving towards enemy champions, up to a certain point, and enemies standing in Voli’s way will be knocked aside (once per champion) and receive physical damage. When he reaches maximum movement speed, Volibear can jump to a target location, dealing physical damage. If he deals damage to at least an enemy champion with this ability, he’s instantly Enraged.

ENRAGED: The leap will also stun all enemies it damages.

Knockback damage: 100/150/200 (+50% AD) Knockback distance: 250 Bonus movement speed: 30% Maximum mov speed: 80/90/100% (which he will reach in 3 seconds of continuously moving towards an enemy champion) Leap range: 600 Leap radius: 200 Leap damage: 200/250/300 (+60% AD) Stun duration: 0.75/1/1.25 Duration: 6 seconds or until reactivation CD: 100/90/80

While CC and mobility are not usually seen in juggernauts, keep in mind that his CC is shorter ranged, unreliable and available mostly in his Enraged mode, so he'll never be a better Vanguard than others. The numbers are, of course, just to give an idea of how he'd look like in practice. What do you guys think?

This is actually pretty cool. I haven't played Volibear much so I don't have THAT much input but I think you id a nice job to make him more updated than he is now!
