Lanou, the Petty Merchant

This is going to be the weirdest champion concept I have ever made. Lanou has no ratios that are currently in the game; instead Lanou uses his hard earned gold to pay to use his abilities and his damage is based on his current gold. Lanou gets insanely inflated gold granting him potentially the first one to reach full items; the price for gold inflation is that everything in the shop costs more for him. Lanou's resource bar shall be golden and will reveal how much current gold he has; only champion that can reveal to the enemy of how much gold that he has. Of course the only way to see this is for the enemy team to click on Lanou just like Mana.

Lanou shall be primarily a mage and secondary a marksman.

Basic Attack Range: 550 units

Inflation (Passive): [Passive Ranks @1/6/11/16] Lanou gets an insane amount of gold, even more gold as he gets higher levels.

Lanou starts off the game with 200% of his starting gold instead of 100%. Lanou earns 200/300/400/500% of all gold he obtains instead of 100%. Lanou has to pay 170/180/190/200% gold for items in the shop instead of 100%.

If Lanou did not gain gold from an execute in the last 10 seconds then Lanou gains 10/20/35/50 gold per 10 seconds; does not stack with other elements of Inflation.

Lanou does not get any base attack damage and cannot gain any attack damage, instead his basic attacks deal 50(+4 per level) physical damage.

Time to Pay! (Q): Cooldown: 9/8/7/6/5 seconds; Cost: 60 Gold +6% current Gold; Range: 1150 units Lanou throws a giant coin in the target direction that deals 70/100/130/160/190(+12% current gold)(+2% of enemy champion's total gold) magic damage to the first enemy struck. Time to Pay! cannot deal more than 600/750/900/1050/1200 magic damage. If Time to Pay! executes an enemy then half the cost is refunded.

Paid Slaves (W): Cooldown: 2 seconds; Cost: 30/50/70/90/110 Gold +5% current Gold; Range: 550 units; Command Range: 1000 units Lanou calls forth a poor fool to a target location, paying him and making him move and attack to what Lanou commands him to move and attack. Lanou may have 1/2/3/4/5 active slaves at one time; each slave has 200 health +15% of Lanou's maximum health; 750 max health per slave.

Paid Slaves use shovels to attack their victims giving them 175 units range to deal 50(+4 per level)(+5% current gold) magic damage; if multiple slaves attack the same enemy within 2.5 seconds then the other slaves deal 20% damage. Paid Slaves cannot deal more than 600 magic damage per basic attack. Paid Slaves may be sacrificed to heal Lanou equal to 5% current gold.

To command a Paid Slave click on the slave and then click on either a location, Lanou, or an enemy to move or attack with the slave. Slaves do not do anything unless they were directly commanded to do something.

Pay for Freedom (E): Cooldown: 1 second; Cost: 250 Gold +2% current Gold per click; Range: 700 units Passive: Lanou deals 1/1.5/2/2.5/3%(+1% per 1000 current Gold) of the target's maximum health as bonus magic damage on-ht.

Toggle ON: Lanou buys a jet pack and every time he clicks on a location he pays a large sum of gold to quickly travel to the target location. Maximum jump range lowers by 40% from the previous jump range down to a minimum of 150 units if he jumps within 13/11/9/7/5 seconds of the last jump.

Free Money! (R): Cooldown: 120/105/90 seconds; Cost: 200 Gold +20% current Gold; Range: 700 units; Radius 500 units Lanou places a large bag of money at the target location for the next 2/2.5/3 seconds that causes all enemies with range to harmlessly walk towards it; afterwards the bag of money explodes flinging coins everywhere to deal 25/50/75(+10% current gold)(+5% of the enemy champion's total gold) magic damage to enemies within range.

Free Money! applies as a type of taunt, so tenacity works in shortening the duration similar to how Galio's ultimate works.

EDIT: Inflation: Inflated prices for items lowered to 170/180/190/200% from 175/200/225/250%

Passive gold per 10 seconds if Lanou has not execute something in the last 10 seconds increased to 10/20/35/50 from 10/15/20/25 This is so that he can be useful in siege scenarios both defending and attacking and for his late game he does not need to take farm from someone who does need the farm more. Basically Lanou is intended to be a late game champion and this is to ensure he can be relevant when it hits late game.

Time to Pay!: Cooldown lowered to 9/8/7/6/5 from 10/9/8/7/6 seconds Flat Gold Cost increased to 60 from 40; percentage Gold Cost lowered to 6% from 8% Range decreased to 1150 from 1200 units Now deals 2% of the enemy champion's total gold instead of 10% of the enemy champion's current gold Now has a capped damage of 600/750/900/1050/1200

Paid Slaves: Cost increased to now consume an additional 5% current Gold Can now be sacrificed by being commanded to "attack" Lanou to heal him for 5% current gold Slaves' basic attack cannot exceed 600 damage Slaves match Lanou's base attack speed and use half of any bonus attack speed (levels and items) he has so their basic attacks have a cap attack speed of 1.25 attacks per second

Pay for Freedom: Cost increased now consumes 2% current Gold per click on top of the 250 Gold per click

Free Money: Damage now deals 5% of the enemy champion's total gold instead of 20% of the enemy champion's current gold

EDIT: Inflation: Added his physical damage on basic attacks here

Paid Slaves: Now has a capped health that each slave can have of 750 health Slaves' basic attack range lowered to 175 from 200 units

I like the gold concept of the champ, although I think some of the prices are a bit high, and that the champ wouldn't have to buy anything and enemies would easily counter by burning as much of their gold as possible but other than that , a few modifications here and there, and you'd be set! Awesome Effort

I think it might be cooler if he could barter his items with allies as well. Giving his team access to items that they could not otherwise get at that moment.
